Check in was easy. Staff super nice. Room fresh and clean. Free breakfast was delicious and fresh. Loved the kielbasa and Belgian waffles.

The property and the staff were great… the room was clean…. However the use of the TV was almost not watchable or didn’t work period… If it was working the picture was so constantly pixelated that it was hard to watch or it would lose signal all together and there was no picture

I had booked using my one key cash reserve rewards however, upon check-in they wanted $100 deposit. I had confirm this with the one key cash people in hotels.com and they showed me exactly what was due which was one dollar I booked two nights I lost $300 of my one G cash rewards the Hilton would not let me re-book and I lost all the credits they don’t give a crap if you are a diamond member if you are going to sleep in your car or anything I guess it’s all about not losing a dollar for the Hilton

The fentleman at the fromt desk was very helpful. The only complaint is the water pressure in tbe shower was terrible.

Room comfortable, clean, restful. Enjoyed veiw and light from window. Enjoyed breakfast each day.

Very nice spacious rooms and dining area. Enjoyed the powerful jets of the hot tub outside, and my son and I enjoyed the nice clean swimming pool.

Even though the place was in construction the attention was very good.

The staff working there was very nice and welcoming. However, usually when traveling I will try to stay at a Hampton because in the past they are typically clean and offer a comfortable stay. This Hampton was just got as clean as the ones I’ve stayed in previously and it was very noisy. The bed was also not as comfortable as the ones I’ve stayed at so I’m not sure what happened.

Check in was easy and painless. The rooms have been renovated nicely and the bed was so comfy! We loved that there were many options during breakfast and all staff was friendly and accommodating. We will be staying again if the opportunity arises!

The lobby and whole first floor were under construction, including the breakfast area. Dust everywhere and I have allergies.
Someone should have said something. I was VERY disappointed. There are 2 other hotels in the same parking lot. I would have picked one of them.

our stay was better than excellent! the staff was so accommodating to last minute change of plans, they were so friendly, and kind. our room was clean, breakfast food was great, check in and check out was quick and easy—we’re def staying here next time we’re in Gilbert, AZ and we’ll be looking for Hamptons lol! ♡

I really appreciated the night light in the bathroom!!! It’s the little things that count! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. They offer a great free breakfast, too!

Under construction during our stay. There was never any mention of that before we arrived

The only drawback was there was very little water pressure and the hot water ran out after 5 minutes. Otherwise it was nice, clean, and they had a good plan to not disrupt guests while under construction.

I would have rated the property higher but there was ongoing construction in the lobby area. Breakfast was a little different each day and was well worth getting up for. The staff was pleasant and professional.

Surprised at check in with construction throughout the main areas and surprise 200 extra dollars for incidentals? Which I won’t see for a week which left me short for what I planned for the weekend. Angered when the host tried to tell me most hotels do it. Not the ones I stay in and I’m Hilton honors, IHG.

Very nice property. We had stayed several times before. The only reason i gave cleanliness 3 stars was because of the active remodel work. Would highly recommend. Pool was great too.
