Pros: This was a convenient place to stay as it was close to the family functions we had. There is a fun indoor rock climbing building right behind the hotel.
Cons:
1) Housekeeping didn’t come to empty trash cans, pick up dirty towels or replace with clean ones. We were there for 4 days.
2) Their breakfast, although there was quite a few options , tastes old and frozen.
3) The pool is small and is on V only 3ft deep, so if you have younger kids this is great. Not so great for older kids
4) Our TV didn’t work and the toilet wasn’t too far behind it!
5) wallpaper was peeling in some spaces throughout the entire hotel

Great hotel - our room was huge, 2 queen beds and a pull out couch - lots of open space for luggage. There were 4 of us sharing the room so it was perfect. Breakfast offered lots of options so we were all able to partake. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable stay.

We were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the beds. The heater was quiet, so we slept better than we had most nights on this trip. Bathroom was nice and clean. Like the Dove soap. Breakfast was good - hot egg and sausage patties, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Also the usual toasts, cereal, waffles. Happy to see yogurt and fruit.

This hotel used to be top shelf. But our most recent stays have just been mediocre.
The managers special is no more. Coffee used to be really good. Not anymore.
Twice we’ve had problems with the tv service, and most recently spotty wifi. Not acceptable in this day.
While our stay was adequate, there is absolutely nothing that distinguishes La Quinta from everywhere else.
Price will be the determining factor moving forward.
Hotels are a commodity product.

We got there to check in and had to wait over an hr to get our room. They didnt have a clean room ready. Also I reserved a king room instead I received a double queen room.

Terrible pillows and bedding, stiff. No sound buffering, walls so thin and could hear everything going on in connecting room. Not a quiet and peaceful night. Will not stay here again.

This was a great stay. It was easy to get to from I 94 and the staff from the front desk had a sheet of restaurant recommendations. I would stay here again.

The stay itself was decent no complaints. I did however forget my medical pillow there and we ended up calling the hotel a couple times about it and they say it hasnt shown up. It was in a pink pillow case and definitely didnt look like any of their other pillows and their hotel was the only place we stayed at on our mini one night away vacation. Would of had 5 stars if it wasnt for not being honest about lost items. Very upset since that pillow has help so much after a back injury.

Busy area but easy to get around. Rooms were comfortable.

Where to start? This has been our hotel of choice for the last few years and have always had a great experience. This time not so much. I am guessing that there has been a change in management or ownership in the last couple of months. Had requested that there be no feather pillows due to an allergy, and 4 out of the 5 pillows were feather. Went to take a shower and the bottle of shower gel was empty. Asked at the front counter for some and the young gentleman tried to help but the lady that was there followed him in the back, then he came out and said that housekeeping would have to replace it. She was the same one that when we were checking in the previous day couldn’t stop talking about how she wanted to leave. The bed was extremely soft and bad for the back. The only redeeming factor on this trip was that the breakfast was still really good. Unfortunately, it may be time to try out a different hotel on our next trip to Fargo.

I made this reservation for my daughter who was 17. She got there and was told you had to be 21 to stay there. So i had to find her a different room at a different hotel.

It was ok for a quick trip out of town. There was a very slow check in, with a long line, and a mix up at check in with our room keys/room. We left our luggage in our room, did some errands, came back to our room and our keys did not work. The front desk told us were were checked in to a different room, but our items were still in the first room we were given. It was remedied when brought to the staff’s attention. Our keys still did not work to access the building from the outside. The rooms were not the cleanest, with mildew in the tub and in the shower curtain, stains on the chair, and areas that had not been swept in the bathroom. The hotel easy to access from the main road, and it was close to shopping areas.

Had to be moved rooms the first night because the toilet was full of urine and didn’t work to flush it. Smelled horrible. The second room had an ozone machine sitting on one of the beds and a half drank bottle of water on the counter, not sure if something happened in there or if it was just a place for employees to smoke. Was pretty disappointed considering the cost.

We paid more for an accessible room as my daughter needs to sit on a bench with a removable shower head as the pictures showed.
Everything seemed as expected only to find out that the temp on the shower head she needs does not regulate temperature. One minute it’s a good temp and the next it’s scolding hot or freezing cold.
The fridge/freezer also does not keep items cold. When I tried adjusting the temperature the knob was broken. So we had to throw all food items the next morning.
Frustrating you pay almost $200 and can’t use the accommodations.

Fantastic breakfast offered at this property. Breakfast staff were amazing and on top of everything from keeping the area clean to refilling items. We stayed when there was a big group there at the same time - was worried there wouldn't be much choice at breakfast, but you would never know it! The rooms are moderate and showing their age. It would be great to have usb charging ports available.
