You have signs all over that say there is a Managers Special or a Managers Reception every Monday- Thursday from 5-7 but that doesn’t exist. Shower curtain was dirty. Employees at night/early evening smoke pop during their shift. And your add photos button on this doesn’t work

Pros: This was a convenient place to stay as it was close to the family functions we had. There is a fun indoor rock climbing building right behind the hotel. Cons: 1) Housekeeping didn’t come to empty trash cans, pick up dirty towels or replace with clean ones. We were there for 4 days. 2) Their breakfast, although there was quite a few options , tastes old and frozen. 3) The pool is small and is on V only 3ft deep, so if you have younger kids this is great. Not so great for older kids 4) Our TV didn’t work and the toilet wasn’t too far behind it! 5) wallpaper was peeling in some spaces throughout the entire hotel

Great hotel - our room was huge, 2 queen beds and a pull out couch - lots of open space for luggage. There were 4 of us sharing the room so it was perfect. Breakfast offered lots of options so we were all able to partake. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable stay.

We were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the beds. The heater was quiet, so we slept better than we had most nights on this trip. Bathroom was nice and clean. Like the Dove soap. Breakfast was good - hot egg and sausage patties, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Also the usual toasts, cereal, waffles. Happy to see yogurt and fruit.

This hotel used to be top shelf. But our most recent stays have just been mediocre. The managers special is no more. Coffee used to be really good. Not anymore. Twice we’ve had problems with the tv service, and most recently spotty wifi. Not acceptable in this day. While our stay was adequate, there is absolutely nothing that distinguishes La Quinta from everywhere else. Price will be the determining factor moving forward. Hotels are a commodity product.

We got there to check in and had to wait over an hr to get our room. They didnt have a clean room ready. Also I reserved a king room instead I received a double queen room.

Staff was horrible. Rude. Room still had hair in the shower, floors were dirty with crumbs.

Terrible pillows and bedding, stiff. No sound buffering, walls so thin and could hear everything going on in connecting room. Not a quiet and peaceful night. Will not stay here again.

Great hotel friendly staff

Check in service was slow when we arrived. Public areas of the hotel were not very clean. Overall, this is a good place to stay for the price.

Loved the lotion bottle on the wall in the bathroom!!

The staff were so helpful and kind! The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool area was perfect with a slide and all! We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again!

My room was haunted.

This was a great stay. It was easy to get to from I 94 and the staff from the front desk had a sheet of restaurant recommendations. I would stay here again.

The stay itself was decent no complaints. I did however forget my medical pillow there and we ended up calling the hotel a couple times about it and they say it hasnt shown up. It was in a pink pillow case and definitely didnt look like any of their other pillows and their hotel was the only place we stayed at on our mini one night away vacation. Would of had 5 stars if it wasnt for not being honest about lost items. Very upset since that pillow has help so much after a back injury.

Felt safe enough, but they had a lot of things out of order (laundry, hot tub, etc) and the spa was closed by order of the health department a week before our arrival-I don’t know the ins and outs, but the posted sign from the health department said it could have been resolved within a day or two so that was disconcerting. Random places where you could see it had been mudded but not painted back over. Staff treated me like I was stupid when I said my card wouldn’t open the laundry room. She made me demonstrate multiple times and even made me scan while she did the handle. It was flashing red and worked on my room and the pool which flashed green (which I showed her), but I was still made to try it half a dozen times and then my husband also. I was then told to come get maintenance as soon as I woke up so he could start fixing the machines and explained that that’s why we were locked out-I feel like she could have just left a note or message instead of having guests track down their maintenance man. None of it was outrageous, but between these things it isn’t somewhere I’d stay again or recommend if somewhere else is available.

Great location for shopping and dining and access from the interstate. Good breakfast.

Room wasn’t ready for check in until after 3pm. Even then the room was still gross. Dirty washcloth behind the couch and food on the silverware. No offers to move or compensate. Tub and sink were plugged so it took forever for water to drain. No quarters for laundry. Hot tub was broken. Just not a fun time, sorry.

However I had to call back to back before they refund my deposit.

This is a nice hotel with a pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good and free. Medical Centre area is newer and not as busy as the Mall area. There is a few good restaurants close.

I booked a king room but was given a two bed room. They told me that they could not change my Expedia reservation and that there were no king rooms available. I had two new employees that did not know what they were doing. I scheduled a 5:15 shuttle to airport for the next morning. When we went to catch our shuttle they were not aware of it. They had to call a taxi and we waited 15 minutes for it to arrive.

Clean rooms, fairly comfortable beds, the shower was nice accept that it took forever to drain. Lots of restaurants and coffee options near by, and close to the Hwy.

The good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was really comfortable. The bad. Tv didn’t work. Carpet seems to need a vacuum and shampoo.

Property was fine. It was cleaner the last time we stayed. Hallways were not well kept. Unfortunately the last morning at just before 7 a yard service decided to cut the grass which was just outside the rooms window. We loud.

Stayed here a year ago and it was totally fine! But this year the bed was lumpy and I think needs to be replaced, pillows were worn out and just plain awful, and mechanical like noises droning all night made for a lousy sleep….wont be back
