Everything was working properly (fridge, ac, hot water, balcony sun cover). Balcony and view was amazing

The apartment is located very close to the town centre, around 5 minutes by walk. The apartment itself was pretty spacious and even though we booked for 3 persons, we were given a room for 4 people, so we slept comfortably and using the spare bed for placing our clothes on. The air conditioner was very efficient and it was already on before we arrived so that our room was pre-cooled. Overall, I’d say that the stay was pretty decent for 1 night. It is ideal for a group of friends (especially boys) who want an inexpensive place to party and don’t really care about the state of the apartment.

The apartment building was very noisy, with the noise coming from the staircase, rooms and slamming of doors. I had to sleep with my earphones on due to the noise. The apartment wasn’t that clean and the shower curtain was too short to contain the water from the shower head, resulting in a pool of water surrounding the shower base. With regards to the reception, we met with a nice lady. The only issue is that when we had to leave, we were in a rush due to the ferry leaving soon. She told us she would come down (as she was not in the office at the moment) but was taking too long. We ended up having to leave the key on the window sill which I don’t think it’s safe for the other guests. Also, we had to leave our luggages in a messy room as we had arrived early before check in. I think this is the storage room and it was all over the place, and not a safe place to leave our luggages but we had no other option.

Tiny bathroom with tiny shower and no way to drain the water falling outside due to the curtain being shorter than it should have been. Every day we stayed there we had to mope 1 bucket of water at least after showering since the water would enter the room where we slept. Extremely annoying. That's my reason for the bad review.

The balcony and convenient location. Good value for money. Meets just the basics.

Worn out bath; furniture can be more robust.
