Great place to stay. Great facilities. Rooms were updated and clean with a great view of the pool and Adriatic. The beach is directly in front of hotel and one has a choice of enjoying the beach or pool. Very friendly staff all around, rooms were cleaned daily. The all-inclusive drink options are limited and the dining options could have varied a bit more. The layout of the hotel, stairs and elevators is not ideal, if traveling with a stroller one has to change 2 elevators to get to Restaurant level and the kiddie pool is elevated and not exactly accessible with a stroller.

The swimming pool is awfully small for the capacity of the hotel. Worst of all: no drinks whatsoever included in the paid dinner, not even water, all is paid! And on our 1st night the fire alarm went on at 5 am and stayed on for an hour we spent by the poolside like zombies (you know, strangers sharing a public space the minute they woke up in their PJs!!) And needless to say not a word, apology, or any sign of life by the hotel management. The only good thing about this hotel is its charming beach and surroundings, for which it gets no credit at all.

However, all the staff is focused ob cleaning after 20:30. You are not served drinks, the food, especially sweets, are not filled after 20:30. This is a huge dissapointment in comparson with others hotel from Bluesun chain.

Nice and clean. Very nice pool area. Nice personel Food very repetetiv all week. Poor mini disco Tucepi as a small village was also poor/none on amusements at night

Good location, renovated rooms, decent breakfast buffet. Pool area and common areas lacking.

Great location, within walking distance to many things. Good buffet breakfast. Clean hotel. Amazing views and great outdoor space. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, the descriptor an expedia does not match the property (laundry, hot tub, mini bar, etc).

Very good location clean hotel, staff are very polite. Only it is too far from Hotel it is two hours journey. My advise would be take Euro or Cuna currency. £ pound they give same rates as sterling.

all fine....only thing that was not as expected is the fact that I asked for room on high floor in middle building in my booking and in direct communocation with reception. I got rooms on 1st floor in other building with little sun. I told that to personel but they did not have option to change our rooms.

Close to beach and water activities and you can reach other islands easy

Very nice experience but let down by a couple of things. 1. Saltwater swimming pool. Why would you swim in a saltier environment than the beautiful sea 30 metres away. 2. Air conditioning in our rooms struggled to maintain a cool temperature in the room not helped by a mini bar fridge pumping out heat that cannot be turned off. 3. Odd layout of hotel and unconnected lifts.

Not impressed that I couldn’t get served tap water at half board dinner. They insist that water is not included essentially forcing you to have to purchase their over priced bottled water. Small thing but this frustrated us. Also, no irons are available in the rooms, if you need to iron garments, they can do it for you at an inflated cost. Again trivial things but when you pay a decent amount of money to stay here you expect these standard things.

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff is very professional and friendly. Everyone speaks both English and German. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Blue Sun for 4 nights. We found it to be a central location for all the sites we wanted to see; Split, Dubrovnik, Medjugorje...

We paid extra for a superior room wich was a waste, also we wanted seaview and booked that. We got a room on The first floor in one of The wings of The hotel. That way we had seaview from The balcony looking out The side from The balcony towards The ocean. Absolutley not Worth The 50, some euros we paid extra a night. Wifi is non existant. It is so bad that it is like not having wifi.Whats Good is The guy making omelettes at breakfast and The gym is Good enough for a vaccation.We will not return for that price, calling it a 4-star hotel is a far stretch, it is a better 3-star hotel.

The hotel is a fair distance from Split airport. However, it was worth the distance as I felt it gave me a real insight to Croatian lifestyle. The location of the hotel is by the seafront and we made the most of both the beach (and its cafes and bars) as well as the swimming pool. The breakfast service was excellent and staff were pleasant and accommodating. Our room was clean with a powerful shower (best thing after the heat of the day) and everything functioned as described in the hotel description. Overall an excellent experience and a brilliant holiday.

The hotel is worth the money, but I do think they could update the TVs in each room

I was not satisfied with the stuff behavior and this hotel is missing professional management - you can see at every corner. Examples: At bar, stuff seemed bored and we thought we bother them when we tried to order, pure animation, at reception they provided us several times unsatisfied/confusing information, and so on... Other than that hotel has nice location and food was also OK.
