Abit run down in the room, Only bath room and toilet is updated awhile ago. Mattress and curtains are tired.

This property is quite worn out. Our room was at the rear so we could see and access our vehicle easily and the car park is behind a gated fence. The room itself was spacious, the bed was Very comfortable and the shower very spacious with excellent water pressure. Being at the rear we could not hear the hotel crowds.
The hotel serves great dinners, esp Matsos Ginger Beer-battered fish. Breakfast is barely adequate but was enough for us. We had the sense that the staff (backpackers - lovely) may cop complaints regularly - not fair.

Very pleasant except for one staff member and limited vegan options for dinner. Nice pool. Clean rooms with environmental consideration. Relaxed. A bit pricey but maybe kununurra is like that?

Staff were so lovely except for a young woman who was quite unhelpful and abrupt. This view was shared by my fellow travellers. Maybe she was having a bad day. On two days!!

The bedroom hadn't been cleaned underneath and there where empty beer cans and rubbish underneath. There wasn't a tv remote and the furniture was falling apart. The sliding door had four locks on it due to break-in and only one worked out of the four locks. Also, i felt itchiness in the morning, so I'm guessing the bed had bed bugs. The food was very average. Overall its the last place I wiuld stay in Kununurra.

Hotel needs a good refurbishment, as some rooms are old with poor amenities and furnishings.
Specially taps, showers are constantly running, lot of water wastage.
Doors and locks are faulty its hard to open and shut, a person can be locked in if no changes are made.

Didn’t enjoy my stay here the place felt cold and the service was very average. arrived late to find an empty Dropbox. Was told a code and that the key would be in the box. the duty manager didn’t answer the phone. Luckily someone inside noticed me and was able to help. Was going to stay three nights but left after one.

I booked a Queen bed room and was given a double and single bed. The sheets on the double bed had stains on them. There was no cow’s milk available at breakfast in the restaurant. The $100 bond withdrawn from my credit card account was not back in my account for 24 hours after leaving.

Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms very basic but have all you need. Shower pressure not so good as shower head settings options aren’t the best. Pool is great, food at restaurant is really good. Secure gated parking, which is necessary as crime on stolen cars is high in the area.
