We enjoy coming here, the staff is amazing. There are little things we found in our room that needed attention. but other than that, it was great.

I requested toilet paper to be fixed. I asked curtain to be fixed. The tv continually scrolls and they know this situation. Bugs crawling on the bathroom. I make a complaint and the front desk doesn’t care. I am called rude because I make a complaint.

My trip was overnight. The jr. suite that i booked was comfortable with a fireplace and desk. I was preparing to host a huge baby shower the next day, so i had the space i needed to set up and prepare my centerpieces and last minute prep for event. I would definitely stay again

Beware of the homeless folks around hotel. A homeless man jumped the pool fence while our kids were swimming and jumped in the pool fully clothed. He had his alcohol and what looked likely to be drug paraphernalia waiting in edge of pool. We immediately notified hotel staff and they removed him. Same man tailed us into hotel next day, I didn’t see him but he was watching us because he was right on our tail when we used side door to enter hotel. Again had to notify staff and he was removed. Second day at pool another homeless man knocked on pool door and was let in. He also swam while many kids were in the pool. Safety was definitely a concern here.

I stay here every time I visit Suisun City for the proximity to my family right next door. But this time i felt unsafe, so much weird people around the building selling drugs and on drugs in the parking lot. I don’t recommend walking outside at night it doesn’t feel safe at all… my Room TV, Toilet, and refrigerator were damaged. Definitely needs some updating!

We stayed one night for our anniversary in a King room. The room was clean, the property maintained, and the staff friendly. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The downtown Suisun City area has some good restaurants but there is a lot of trash and the streets are dirty. Broken glass in a few different areas.

Not convenient going in 4th of July a lot of young teens fighting outside and jumping on cars in the parking lot after the firework show was over besides that everything was good

Luke checked us in and was extremely welcoming and friendly. He got us set up right away. The only thing that seemed lacking was breakfast, but that’s just us comparing to other Hampton locations. Everything else was pretty excellent. Just a short walk to the Waterfront!

The property was clean, but the pool was not heated and the spa was not working. They were doing construction in the breakfast area and because of this the breakfast wasn’t as good as previously. Very limited selection. I love that they have cookies in the evening. I just wish it was consistent. The front staff in the evening is wonderful.
This is at the waterfront which is a nice view but the safety at the park late afternoon, early evening is questionable. The downtown is lacking a lot.

Toilet dripped loudly the 4 days we were there. Told them the day we checked in, said someone would come fix it. Did’t happen. Homeless camping outside by the pool. 3 of the 4 pool loungers were ripped down the side ~ pool was dirty. Not the greatest area.

I was very happy with the room. Good start at checkin- Clerk Justice was very helpful and friendly. Accessible room was nice size, and bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was very good, lemon waffle was quite fun. Not to far from Napa, more economical than trying to stay in Napa. Coffee and tea was available at 9pm checkin. This property seems to be run very well. I will stay here again.

The hot tub is not working. Coincidentally the reason is the same as the neighboring hotel, which I overheard is under the same ownership. Another guest complained the pool was also not operating.
I appreciate the breakfast and the evening desk person is fantastic ( the other that was there on Tuesday night).

The bed was lovely and firm. Thank you for providing shampoo etc also. Loved the little dinette area. Next time must remember to close freezer door as my lovely avocados froze😢. My bad.

Overall an okay hotel with one key issue. The first room that I was given had a window that was missing a curtain/window covering. This window had a shade to keep out some sunlight, but it was translucent and anyone outside could still see in. This room was on the first floor so anyone in the parking lot could see inside. When I asked for a new room I was promptly given a new room, but when I offered to show the owner (manager? not sure, she was just wearing a t shirt and no uniform) a photo of the window, she said something like “I know the window you mean”. I don’t know why I was knowingly given a room with this issue when the management knew about it. The new room was very nice and had all curtains!

Front desk personnel were so nice and friendly. Full breakfast served every morning was good, but they ran out of a few basics (butter, plates) halfway thru the weekend. And, nobody kept the eating area clean. Facility was clean but needs some maintenance and sprucing up. Room was large/clean.
