Everything was fine, staff friendly except the shower area. As soon as I got inside the shower it started to clog and there was a lot of hair floating, that gave me the icks....

I love the size of the rooms. It's a nice break when traveling from Mexico back home. Hallway smelled a bit weird but couldn't smell it in the room. Enjoyed my breakfast before heading out

I booked this property for the sole purpose of shopping and relaxing in the hot tub only to arrive and find out that the hot tub and pool were closed for three weeks without notice on the website.

Expedia, apple maps, google maps has said pets welcome which is why we choose this place and on our second day there we were informed they were not pet friendly and we would have to leave or pay an extra $200 dollars, which had un stressed looking for another hotel on short notice when we had to be ready for a wedding
People had seen the dogs the afternoon before and no one had said anything till the next day

The room I stayed in was fairly large. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were small.
Internet connection was stable, but somewhat slow.

Upon checkin we didn't get the room we paid for, we paid for an oversized room and the girl at front desk gave us a regular 2 queen beds. When we asked she thats what the computer gave her. Then the gave us 2 room keys and told us to pick a room from the 2. Well one of the room did happen to be the oversized room. Not to mention the first room given (202) door was slightly open. Thats a safety issue.

Large rooms, the satelite was having issues and the tv was really small compared to room size, but minor issues.

The property is very clean. However, when i got here the front desk person told me my reservation was for a king bed. I then showed him my confirmation that i had booked 2 double queen beds and not one king bed. The guy then said, oh we dont have 2 queen beds available anymore. I was very upset because i had paid extra for the two queen beds and the guy just said well you can try for a refund where you booked it. Very unpleasant experience.

As I have stayed at this Best Western before, I was shocked at the lies I was told when I tried to check in after 4pm on July 11 (check in was at 3pm). I was not upset the room was not ready as I was informed there was a rainstorm the night before and additional cleanup had to be done. I was asked to come back in an hours time of which I agreed. I decided to call and ask if the room was ready 90 minutes later, and was told Hotels.com cancelled it on me. I had no information as to this. I was angry, upset and frustrated with having to find another hotel immediately. I WILL NEVER STAY AT BEST WESTERN AGAIN. VERY DISSAPPOINTED

They’re initially a couple of things that lead to a rocky start. Most importantly was the closet being unable to open more than a couple of inches on either side. I reported this to the front desk and the desk personnel came to the room immediately to check out the situation. She got down on the floor to inspect the door,& determined both doors were off the tracks. She fixed it and showed the housekeeper what to do if that happened in another room. That was a good example of a teaching moment in a professional non threatening communication manner. I was pleased on how it was handled, quickly and efficiently. It will be a go to facility next time I get to stay in Nogales
