My daughter had a softball game, so we chose this hotel. We go the suite and it was so spacious. Breakfast was very good and the room was really clean. Will stay again if needed.

The room was spacious as it was a mobility-support room for handicapped folks. The bathroom was very well equipped for the handicapped.
The carpet in the room had a very slight scent of mildew. Management told me that the relative humidity was excessive for months and they will try their best to address this. (I am very sensitive to mildew and I can smell mildew when others cannot).

Very nice area off the beaten path. Quiet and clean rooms. Felt like a safe place. We had kayaks and bikes on our vehicle overnight without any worries.

This hotel does its job to give you a place to sleep and you don’t have to worry about bed bugs or mice BUT it wasn’t necessarily clean. The bathroom could’ve been better. I’d say average to slightly below average based off of price.

It was a very hot day and the air conditioning did not cool the room below 80 degrees, even at night. The sheets felt like sandpaper. The room was clean and the staff were ok. I was told they would reduce our room rate due to the air not working but they couldn’t since I had booked on Expedia.

Quick and easy check in. Very friendly staff. Very accommodating to my in training Service K-9. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the large jet tub in the room too. Great breakfast! I will definitely be staying and recommending this hotel.

Our room was on the side of the interstate and OMG it was noisy. The carpet was coming loose posing a trip hazard. There was a piece of the bathroom tile laying in the floor. From falling off the wall.

Our room was very clean, but well-worn. There were tiles missing in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The hotel gives you complimentary ear plugs because the interstate is right outside.
The breakfast buffet was decent. There were lots of choices. The coffee was good as well.

Staff couldn’t be more accommodating when I asked for a change of room to accommodate walking my dog. Pleasant and understanding.

The only complaint I had was that the ice machine on our floor was out of order. We stayed here twice, so we expected it to be fixed on our return, but they put us on the same floor and the ice machine was still out of order.

The bed was a rock!! It is as like sleeping in a board!. And the blankets are like paper towels. Everything else was great!

We had a wheelchair accessible room and it was wonderful. Nicely layed out and very easy to navigate with the wheelchair. The beds are lower and easy to get on and off. Plenty of hand rails in the bathroom and with the raised toilet easy to use.
Definitely my go to place when we are in the area again.

Wasnt what i had planned. Checked in and was told since i live in the area they are not supposed to rent me a room for the night. And that i should have been charged 100 extra and no othet hotel around would have. I just wanted a quiet night and my house is under construction and the water had to be turned off so i paid 230 dollars for a room and was treated very rude by the man that checked me in.

Andrew at the front desk made us feel very welcomed. He was great. Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We loved the breakfast too. We have stayed at many Hampton Inn's and we find that we always have a great stay.

Rooms are dated. Very loud nosies from I81 couldn’t sleep all night. Truck traffic very loud. Rooms are not what I expect from a Hampton.

Room was spacious and clean. Shower had no water pressure could barely get soap out of my hair. Toilet did not flush completely first try. No exhaust fan in bathroom. There was baseboard/kickplate tile by tub was missing. Front desk was super helpful with tv remote for game system. Breakfast was delicious.

The night guy that checked us in was great but the day shift clerk was not so friendly breakfast was phenomenal. Room was dusty but very nice and comfortable freezer in mini fridge didn’t work. But I would definitely stay again.

Very disappointed the hot tub didnt work. That was the only reason we booked this place because other area hotels did not offer this amenity. One half of the hotel faces the highway and its very LOUD. They even leave earplugs in the room. We ran the fan on Constant and that seemed to drown out highway noise a little bit. Shower was noisy and not great water pressure. I ultimately felt betrayed by the reviews I saw because they were so high and I usually find the reviews trustworthy. Breakfast was good and hotel seemed clean.
