Really lovely and small complex with direct access to the beach. The apartment was spotless. It even had air con in both bedrooms and the lounge! Great to have complimentary reliable WiFi, and access to UK TV channels. Pool was clean and there were plenty of sun loungers, all with comfy cushioning.

We had a great stay, the reception team were really welcoming and attentive. Great accommodation, close to beaches, restaurants and supermarket. Parking was easy and adjacent to the property.

Great beach access and on site restaurant was good. Reception was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice but could use some refurbishment.

None of the pictures was accurate. There was no breakfast as the description claimed. There was no beds on the beach asnper the many misleading pictures. Overall a very cheap establishment.

Good hotel overall. The location is fantastic by the beautiful beach. The apartment was confortable, spacious, reasonably clean and in good condition although it had a lingering tobacco smell difficult to get rid of. The staff were very friendly and the swimming pool is great with friendly keepers Ramòn y Carlos.

Well located resort, close to the beautiful beach. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Staff on reception were all very welcoming. We were in a well kept apartment, and it gave us everything we needed for our short stay.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. White's Bar food and service was excellent. Few activities for children, restrictions on the pool and limited changing facilities on checkout day would mean we would not visit again.

The hotel is great !! Very clean , the pool is amazing and the food at the restaurant the best of the island , we went many places to lunch but the hotel restaurant the best . Thanks

It was a good trip resort in need of an update, but maintenence guy was very good and fixed issue's Pool slots had to be booked which was a pain but due to covid had to be done.

Went in the off season. The lady who works at the front desk, Jacqueline, was amazing. She was very kind and knowledgeable and helped us book adventures around the island. We really want to go back because our time was cut very short by the coronavirus travel ban.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the service was friendly. We liked having use of the resort's board games. We were a bit disappointed to find that none of the facilities were available during off season, and nothing nearby was open so it was necessary to drive quite a bit to reach supermarkets, restaurants, etc. This can be attributed to a lack of research on our end ahead of time. Additionally, it was very cold and the source of heating was the heat setting of an AC unit, so the room became quite damp and uncomfortable at night and interrupted our sleep. We noticed quite a few ants and flies in the studio as well. Overall would be a nice place to stay but not during off season.

Quality accommodation, clean well equipped and maintained apartments. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Excellent stay, wished I'd booked for longer.

The cleaners did a great job. Reception was so nice and gave a few information. We will come back!

This place was a lovely getaway in the off season. The staff were all very kind and helpful, the room comfortable and big, and the kitchen was fully stocked. We didn’t want to leave!

As soon as you get to the place you feel at home, all the comfort you need plus you also get a great view to the Cala Arenal d'en Castell, a pool, a jacuzzi, restaurants at 5 and 10 minutes walk, your own private beach, great personnel and great attention to details around all areas, you get air conditioner on every room, a nice fridge, a kitchen, a dishwasher, a kettle, a traditional coffee machine, everything. You get comfortable sofas and terrace with a perfect table to have breakfast, dinner, have a glass of wine, you get a TV on the living room and a TV on the main bedroom if you happen to ask for more than 1 bedroom. You get towels, your room cleaned, this was perfect, ticked all the boxes. Bathroom was clean and felt like new, overall this is a 5 over 5 punctuation. I stayed here with my family, 3 adults and 2 children (3 yo and 4 yo), in a 2 double bedroom "flat". We also rented a car with Ownercars and had a place here to park without problems. They also offer toys for the kids to play in the sand for free, free umbrellas to take to the beach and return back of course. If available also a mat to sit on so you don't have to bring yours. Reception staff was awesome, what a friendly people. Again perfect on any aspect. Possibly we were lucky but hey, you could have a great experience too.

Huge clean family friendly 2 bedroom apartment, kitchen contained every utensil you could possibly need. Friendly staff, amazing location right on the beach with a nice restaurant and supermarket 5 minute walk, lovely infinity pool but was far too cold to use in October.
