Courtyard apartment was disappointing.
Very small bathroom, shower and toilet close together in a small tight room.
TV did not work, even when we followed the instructions.
Opened the window to let some air into the room and it wouldn't close (needed to push it from the outside to close) broken shutter on the door, iron cord damaged. Overall poor maintenance and up keep.Im unsure what the other apartments are like but i wouldn't stay there again.

Our room is not like the property shown in the picture, we were put in the back units, which are very small, very old and no view, the shower was absolutely dreadful and 1 roll of toilet paper between 4 people. The ad for this property is extremely mis leading and hugely expensive for the old units at the back, never been so disappointed on Waiheke.

These apartments are across the street from the beach, which is beautiful. The room was lovely. No microwave oven. The washer in the laundry provided did not spin our clothes, so they took a long time to dry. People here are great and made good referrals to us for things to do and places to see, including a driver/guide to take us all over the eastern part of the island, which is beautiful and wonderful. We had a great time!

Enjoyed our four nights! Unit has tons of storage and everything we needed. Loved starting and ending our days on the deck and the location was perfect. We hope to return next time we are in Waiheke.

We loved it here! A beautiful place!! Just an awesome location as well!! The people who work here were so kind and helpful! A special shout out to Fiona at the front desk. She is awesome! She helped us with questions about dining, transportation and activities. We could not have been happier with our beautiful stay here. 🤗

Came earlier than check in time and allowed to get the room sooner. Otherwise welcome to store our luggage there until check in time.

Encountered issue with the booking where expedia allowed for four adults to be booked and the property was not able to cater for this. The property did not provide any solutions due to peak booking period and ended up sleeping on the floor without a matress.
Neither expedia nor the property took ownership of this, nor did the property advised Expedia. Followups were difficult with requests from Expedia seeking proof. Be careful when booking here and I hope this message is not deleted so people are aware and not stranded on an island particularly as we had our return ferry a few days after arrival and there was no availability to return to mainland any earlier.

We had a two bedroom unit with beach view. It was big and clean. Had a washer/dryer and a brand new BBQ. Kitchen was well equipped. Lovely deck facing the beach though it was a little chilly the weekend we were there.

Patricia was wonderful and totally made our trip! She greeted us pulling into the driveway on a rainy day with an umbrella and showed us to our room. She went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. So very grateful and will definitely be back!!

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with courtyard view and loved it. We even used the BBQ one night and washed some clothes with the community washer/dryer. Location is amazing next to beach. Highly recommend

Excellent location and a great price for beach front on Onetangi. I can imagine you could spend A LOT of money on accommodation on this island and this was very reasonable. The courtyard room was great, a little dated and it sort of felt like luxary camping..! Reception was helpful - we enjoyed our stay there.

Amazing location! Very spacious apartment and well kept. Only 50m from the beautiful onetangi beach. A few local bars and retaurants within a 5 min walk with a supermarket 10 mins away by foot.

The best thing about the property is the proximity to the beach. The property itself is rundown, the beds (especially the pull out couch) are horribly uncomfortable. Air con is only in the bedrooms so the main area gets hot. The room was not ready when we arrived at their check-in time.
But the beach across the street is amazing and there are great restaurants in walking distance. The place itself was just not as nice as we expected based on the pictures.
