Front desk not friendly and lobby super hot . Parking need more security did not feel save.

It needs a deep cleaning especially in hallways and room bathrooms and toilets. Bad Indira requires the use of chemical disinfectants and antibacterials

Great customer services, attentive and courteous.

Not the best, not the worst... If you can stay in a different place you should. Unreachable by phone to be able to coordinate an early check in, we arrived an hour and a half before check in, to leave our bags and just have our 5 y/o use the bathroom. The clerk told us we'd have to pay the early check in fee, we even explained, we just want to drop everything off and leave (the place was empty). The room was available and clean, but still wanted to charge the fee, which would of cost half the normal price of one nights stay. This has never happened to us before. Unaccomadating. The staff is friendly. The main issue, I believe, is the hotel administration, maintenance, and policies should be reviewed. Sheets and carpet are outdated and old, floor under the beds was noticeably dirty. Room we stayed in was dark, not just hotel dark, darker. Don't get me wrong, it's not filthy, sheets and beds were clean, and the bathroom as well. But the sheets (had a hole) and bathrooms, including fixtures, have seen better days. This place has so much potential, but has been let go a bit. There's better places to stay, at the same or lower price point, trying to compare apples for apples here. Don't trust the pictures...
