Booked the family room - it was huge, extremely clean and modern. Hotel smells fantastic from the Pillows candle, as do the toiletries.

Very nice establishment. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the rail system, restaurants, and shopping. Great location!

Very nice hotel next to the Central train station. The room we had was large, good air conditioning and was very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was within about 10-12 min to the Grand Place and to the vibrant nightlife.

Overall, a lovely hotel with great value. Superb amenities. A few tiny things (restaurant menu item availability after 6pm, water in mini-bar was free but not communicated clearly) could have been improved, but truly this would be a 9.5/10 for me.

We arrived early in the morning after a flight from the US and were able to get into our room immediately, which was awesome. We did have a car and parking was a little confusing - we didn’t know how to get into the garage (we had to get buzzed in) and then the garage itself is quite small. The room was also small but very comfortable.

We loved being close to the train station, many dining options, the Grand Place, the Cathedral. Very friendly and efficient staff. We would definitely recommend this very nice hotel.

Elegant hotel in a convenient location to the historic parts of Brussels. Very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a tremendous amount of construction ongoing in the area which took away the beauty of the local area and at times required some additional walking to get around the work areas.

Greatstay in pillows. Usually we will put a do not disturb, surprise that hotel provided us with a bag full of fresh towels and toiletries, awesome!

Hotel lobby smelled amazing! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! We were exhausted after traveling and tours and ordered room service at night. It was delicious! Laundry service was great! It was a great location to our tour meeting places and grand place. Would stay here again and again!!

We had an amazing experience staying at the Pillows Hotel for 10 nights to celebrate our anniversary. The moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm and inviting welcome from Jade who was genuinely friendly and kind. When she learned it was our anniversary she brought us champagne and a lovely gift to our room. Jade was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us good recommendations for sites and restaurants. Everyone that we met at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making our stay feel like we were at home. The daily breakfast offered lots of variety and delicious and healthy options. And the dinner we had one evening was spectacular! The food quality, preparation, and presentation were impressive. The service at the restaurant was excellent thanks to Adnan, Dirk, Elio, Ditmer. The service was also excellent at the front desk from Rym and Karim. And Eleanor immediately solved an issue we had with grace and a commitment to excellence. We’d like to recognize and thank Jade, Eleanor, and everyone we’ve mentioned for making our stay very memorable and special. We will definitely return to Pillows Brussels again and we highly recommend this hotel.

I really like this hotel. It’s very serene. It’s the second time I have stayed here and I would do so again. Staff are lovely, rooms are very comfortable and quiet, and the shower is awesome. I also really like the location - some lovely cafes and restaurants outside of the tourist crush within walking distance. Also close to my EC meetings and very close to central RR station.

Our stay at Pillow City Hotel Brussels was a delight from start to finish. The room was cozy, with a plush bed ensuring a restful sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout. The hotel's central location made exploring Brussels effortless, and the on-site amenities, including the restaurant and bar, were fantastic. Overall, a wonderful experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Brussels.

The staff was very nice and the location of the hotel was great, easy to walk around and lots of little shops. Very touristy. Close to metro but the city had too much graffiti and trash.

The hotel was very nice, super clean and an excellent staff. The train station is a 5 minute walk away and the Grand-Place is no more than a 10 minute walk away. The rooms were nice with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. When I make it back to Brussels I’m staying here again for sure. One last thing we go in late one evening after being gone all day and I wanted something to eat, who ever made the hamburger I ordered deserves a medal as it was excellent!

We stayed at Pillows for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. It’s so close to Grand Place but tucked away in a quiet street. It’s also just a couple of blocks away from the Centraal station so it was convenient getting to the airport. The check in was fast and super friendly, the room was huge, and they provided free bottles of water, coffee, tea and even welcome chocolates. I would definitely stay here again!

Not a good service overall and hotel staff takes every opportunity to charge more that they should.

Big room and convenient location.

This is a higher-end hotel with ample room for a European hotel, a wonderful bed and pillow options. The entry for the Metro is just around the corner. The breakfast is good and worthwhile, but not exceptional. It is easy to get to Grand Place, although there are closer hotels if you want to be close to the action. I enjoyed being close to the Cathedral and its adjacent park, which was great in the evenings.
