3 Star propertie. Everything was clean and staff was very helpfull. Condition of the property was poor. Also no Bars open at night. Pool was to dirty to swim

Elevator did not work.
A lot of steep stares to navigate , specially for my 72 year old mother.Lay out of resort is very confusing, a lot of dead ends , amenities are not easy accessible.Restaurant open for breakfast and diner only and closes early , 9pm.

Very nice hotel. Great rooms. Only disappointment was the pool. No pool staff so all other guests left towels at the pool beds at 8 in the morning and did not use the bed before in the afternoon. This was against hotel rules but no staff did anything. Because of that we could not get any pool beds - one day there were only 3 people at the pool and no space for us…

Good hotel on the beach. The pools are nice, the beach is too, a little crowded in July but we always found a spot. The massages are great (not free) we highly recommend them. The spa with the sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool are very good and free. The food at the breakfast buffet is very acceptable; there are lots of eggs, pancake, waffles, bread, cheese, fruits... The buffet at night though was quite disappointing, we preferred going out to malinska or krk town to eat. The room was ok, the hot water was not working great in my room but it was fine. We asked for 2 rooms close to each other and they put us in two different part of the hotel, that was not cool but it's a detail. All in all it was a nice beach hotel. Though I don't think it was worth the 200euros a night that we paid, but we booked the hotel last minute and in high season so.. Not many options left. I guess for a more reasonable price it's a great option in Malinska.

A family suite is essentially 2 separate hotel rooms with two doors and locks but with a single door beyond those two. A buffet breakfast is included in the stay but when we went down for breakfast, almost all tables in the restaurant were reserved for people on bus tours. Even though those tables were empty, we had to wait a long time for one of the few tables that wasnt reserved to free up. The beach is rocky so take beach shoes if you go. There is a walkway to other beaches that arent so rocky so that is an option. The outdoor pool area is nice. For the indoor pool, you must make a reservation in advance in order to use it. Overall, the resort is average. There is nothing particularly outstanding, nor awful. Its just an okay place to stay.

We had a great experience in Blue waves resort. Its not a huge and crowded one, but just right to relax either by the pool or on the beach. Everyone is really friendly, rooms are clean and spacious, food is great. First couple of days the lunch food selection was a bit limited, but after we pointed it out, there was a brand new menu printed already the next day. Great work. We really loved it and we will be back. I can recomend it to everyone.

The hotel is equivalent to a three star hotel. The best feature is the outdoor swimming pool which fits 10 to 12 people at once and the view from some of the rooms. The beach is not swimmable for children under the age of 12 because of the steep sea surface terrain, rocks and sharp edges. The main center of Malinska is 2,3 kilometres hike away. The hotel restaurant offers breakfast and dinner buffets that are decent but repetitous. Half of the staff were helpful. The other half gaves us misinformation about dining possibilities or did not react at first asking to our requests of getting a waterheater or having the cars blocking the driveway removed. We stayed here for two nights and I think that was well enough.

The staff was very friendly and helpful through out our stay. The hotel room was large and clean, however, i do not recommend staying in the bottom floor. On the last night, it stormed heavily and our room flooded while we were out. Fortunately, majority of our stuff was situated on the tables or chairs. When we approached the front desk, they quickly switched our rooms.
Overall, it was a nice hotel and we would stay there if we go back to Croatia(as long as they put us in a higher room!)

We enjoyed our time at the resort. The play area near the pool was great. However, the kids club was a little disappointing as it was located in the hotel bar on cool or rainy days.

An upmarket resort offering all you would expect. The hotel provides a relaxing atmosphere and the location right next to the beach is wonderful. The room was clean and a great size although I think we were upgraded for being on honeymoon.
Great views and great snorkeling in the sea. Food fine for mass catering.

My husband and I stayed at the Blue Waves Resort on Krk Island for our honeymoon. The resort is great. The rooms are very clean, the beach is clean and not overcrowded, and the catering is very good. We had massages that were average but were ok. Breakfast was always very good and the service was spectacular. The only thing thats not true is that the resorts beach isnt private and you have to pay for beach chairs. The cocktails are also a bit overpriced in comparison to the surrounding resorts. Other than that everything was good.

The hotel was disappointing.The hotel was built on a slope so it was not ideal for the elderly or for anyone with disabilities.The dining room was very small and when it rained and guests could not sit at the tables outside everyone had to squeeze into the dining room.The reception and common parts were also small and although very modern and stylish, not very comfortable and welcoming.The beach was not sandy but stony, as are all beaches in Croatia, so not too pretty but perfectly okWe wouldn't return.
