It is always good to come to the Hilton in Gdansk especially if you are driving. It has a great bed and a good location. The hotel needs to ask though, if you need 1 duvet on the bed or two.

The employee at the front desk at check-in and check-out was the first rude person I encountered in Poland. She lacked tact and is in dire need of customer service training. Made me hate my stay at your property. The young staff at breakfast were also unprofessional.

Amazing from start to finish

We booked this hotel as this was centrally located in Gdansk, and the best part is that its just beside everything you really need to see and experience. The downside is that the pool was closed and nobody had informed us about this. Although we were informed about the pool being closed and reopened before our arrival, it remained closed still after our arrival, which really dissappointed us. We then went to the Bar on 5th floor which was really a huge disappointment! If you call that a bar on a 5-star hotel then I really dont know what a real bar is called. It was the tiniest place with a small sofa in a corner, no place for alot of people - seems like this bar is taken care of in the summers when a lot of tourists come to the place with more chairs outside. Since the pool was able they had given discount vouchers on spa, but we still had to pay extra for thise sessions. I mean come on. If one big facility of the property isnt even available the least that could have been done is maybe a free spa or treatment session since you pay so much money for a hotel and then not getting the whole thing for the price. Cleaning was good. The service at reception was a bit down. Dont know how to greet properly and we could feel they perhaps didnt like to work ther. It was a bit negative although they did their job. Overall breakfast was average. The same food both the mornings. we stayed for 2 days. Just below average I would say.

Nice hotel, but very poor service in the reception, when arriving. Afterwards, some of the staff provided a smile and good/average service, not a 5 star service, not at all. However, they did great service when I asked to check out earlier due missing pool and fitness and a lot of noice due renovation.

Very Good hotel in a very good condition. A few little touches could make it better. Such as hand cream and scented candles in toilets in public areas, better flowers etc. Personally I would also like a coffee machine in the room.

The service is fabulous special thanks to reception and bar staff the spa facilities are fantastic and the sun deck a real treat thanks so much Hilton Gdansk you have it right. We loved it so much we extended our stay .

The hotel is very nice and tidy. It feels modern and clean. It has a pool and rooftop bar which is very nice. The only thing missing really would be a jacuzzi but it's not that necessary. The location is great by the canal in the center of everything.

Amazing reception team, kudos to the girl in top floor bar who helped me when my son’s nose bled and brought ice. Great food and cocktails in the bar and main restaurant. Go for river view room- really cool.

Needs a serious facelift, rundown, elevators not working, it would be nice to wash the windows once in a while.

Ok room, dont like check out at 11:00 and check in at 1500. So you only have the room for 20 hours

This was my second stay at the Hilton Gdansk, great hotel, superb location and very comfy bed in a well appointed room. Rooftop bar is really nice and the hotel amenities are spot on. My first choice when in Gdansk!

Location is a plus. Enjoyed my stay as the facility and staff were excellent

Very friendly staff. Spa area (pools and saunas) was very small and could not fit more than 3 people maximum in the sauna. Also very irritating when the house keeping knocked on the door 9 in the morning and woke us up to ask if we wanted cleaning, way to early a saturday morning when we were on vacation.

Hotel close to old town area, number of restaurants and bars. Furniture looks dated and upgrading would do it good. Staff in the Mercato restaurant is not attentive, one needs to ask every time for drinks or to clean used plates.

Unfortunately, during my stay I had a medical emergency. The management and staff went above and beyond what I could expect. Nothing was too much trouble. It was all very much appreciated. I will definitely be staying there again. Hopefully no emergencies next time
