We did not get to check in till five thirty because our room was not ready. We ants in our first room and moved us too a new room the next day

We stayed two nights and did not get maid service. The room had not been dusted.

My trip was ok. The main thing that i didn't care for was the cleanliness. The dishes were still dirty with food on them. The stove had a hole in it. The counters were dirty. The sofa had stains on it.The kitchen didn't have hardly any appliances and cookware. I definitely don't think this would be my first choice of properties to stay at. I definitely like the Carlsbad location better. Much cleaner, rooms more updated , great staff, more kitchen appliances and great customer service.

Kids loved the pool and breakfast choices

Check in was easy, our room was clean and ready when we arrived. The free breakfast was probably the best thing about the hotel, so much different options and very tasty. Our stay was okay and we probably won’t stay there again. The first night we got back into the room and our lights weren’t working. We called front desk for maintenance and there were none on property. Luckily for us my husband was handy enough to figure out the switch box eventually and we got power again after maybe 45 minutes. But that was the first inconvenience of the trip. The second would be the housekeeping. Apparently they don’t service the rooms daily, but after calling the second day of our stay for service, we were told we could request service for the day as long as we do it the day before or the morning of before 8 am. We always requested the day before for cleaning the next day and only 1 day out of 6 did they actually come in without me having to call a second time. Front desk communication on this matter was terrible and each person would give me a different answer. Also every time I asked for service for the following day, the front desk agent would tell me they’re putting in my request, but next day would come and housekeeping never came in. Also housekeeping doesn’t do a full cleaning, basically only change out towels and take out trash. But again you need to request this daily. It was really annoying and ultimately my reason I will never stay again. Also the bed was uncomfortable.

Our stay was great clean rooms service was great and breakfast good. However toilets kept running due to broken chain and pillows are uncomfortable

Cleaning lady’s were super kind, clean kitchen and in good conditions, Dislike: dirty pool.

Bath sibk was clogged

I wish they didn’t charge five dollars for parking. I think that’s pretty cheapest.

Didn’t like every other day housekeeping. Pool not accessible. Left a Michael Kors pocketbook (wristlet) in the closet on the shelf upon checking out and housekeeping didn’t turn it in. Several phone calls were made and we were told someone would call us back and no one did. Also a glue trap was left between the cabinet and refrigerator with several bugs on it when we checked in. Front desk and housekeeper were notified and it was still there when we checked out.

I loved the property, I loved the staff, and the complementary breakfast was super. The lights in my bathroom and shower area did not work.

When I check in the hotel lady was sitting inside of office,near by office door with no shoes on. Didn't expect that in a HOTEL like Residence Inn. Room Kitchen is ok to keep food, but you can tell the pot and folks didn't clean well. When I washed the pot and try to boil some hot water, you can see a lot of stuff floating on the serface. Still has food in between the folk Little bugs all around, very tinny one. You can try to put a piece of apple on table. will suprise you how many little friends on it. fresh tower with loong hair in it, and white tower not really bleached well, you can see gray colors.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at, service was top notch by all staff from start to end.

On 4/5, the toilet broke and the property manager could not repair the toilet until the next afternoon. So, we were told to use the bathroom facilities in the lobby and were given access to a unit 2 floors above ours for toilet access. I told manager that it was not satisfactory. We are seniors and having to use the toilet in places other than our room was a hardship. The Assistant General Manager, Jacob Jutkins, agreed to refund the larger room's night stay and explained that would be more than happy to explain the situation to Expedia. The refund had to be made by your business. So, we now await your business to make the adjustment. If I do not hear from you within 48 hours, I plan to call Customer Service.

Front desk staff (Divina?) was extremely kind and accommodating for us during our stay.

Room had no hot water after 9pm. It was cold and rainy out, wanted to take a hot shower and relax after being out but …. NO HOT WATER!! Tried to call back for more info or status, no response!

Okay, not good

At first we were given a room on the first floor facing a busy street. It was obvious that some of the guests lived there and it just gave a homeless drug addict vibe. I immediately went back to the front desk amd asked for a different room. We were given. Room on the second floor facing the parking lot, which was much better. The couch was really uncomfortable and you sink to the bottom upon sitting down. There was a lamp shade above the table that had obvious water damage but was not replaced. The bed was not very comfortable either. The “blanket” was a plastic-like feel that the filling was sliding to the other side. In the morning when we were leaving many of the people that live there were flocking to the breakfast area. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here but it will be the last.

Very nice 1-bedroom suite. I was surprised at the repairs and/or upgrades needed due to wear and tear.

Studio king was clean and spacious. I liked the room for the kitchen and comfortable bed. Each night was quiet. I stayed on 4th floor for 4 days. Staff were kind and welcoming and breakfast was good each day with plenty of options such as egg soufflé, cheese omelette or scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and turkey sausage. I would definitely stay again

We stayed here to attend a wedding. This facility was a place to sleep and get to the wedding. Not a vacation. The free breakfast was fair the waffles and bacon was one. Found the staff was very helpful. When we got the into the room we found that the bathroom sink had a slow drain. We called the front desk and they sent someone to take care of it asap. Easy parking and easy to get around quickly. The facility is a little tired and needs some updating.

It was ok. The room had a desperate need of updating. Everything was kind of old and sad. Then there was an alarm early in the morning that turned out to be a water leak. But we all ran out as we thought it was a fire. So there should have been some employees directing people. Then we had no water the rest of the day. Should have got credit for a free room.
