The only complaint I have is that the pool was being worked on and it wasn't disclosed on the site. We specifically Reserve 2 nights so the children could swim. We have stayed there in the past that is why we made reservations again but nobody disclosed anything about the pool, And that was the main reason why we chose the place... We ended up leaving without staying at and want to a different hotel, Now we have to try to get our money back from Expedia and their customer service is very hard to get in contact with.

Cozy place to stay

This is my second time staying at the hotel. It's owned by the same people that item Hotel X and Airport Hotel across the street.They normally have the pool open, which is the reason I stayed there this second time, but it was closed for maintenance, which was frustrating. Otherwise everything's great, quiet room, nice showers, normally a really nice pool and a good breakfast.

I needed a place to sleep at close the airport and Art Hotel was perfect. I made a mistake when I booked and picked the wrong date but there staff was very accommodating and allowed me to stay the actual needed night instead. Thank you!

What I was expecting as management priority is to maintain a schedule of cleaning inside the rooms more periodically. I know that this a 3 start hotel but it doesn't take any extra effort to maintain room with fresh towels, cleaning and stuck up with necessary accessories to maintain the rooms more efficiently. I know if you ask, they may have cleaned for me, but that's not the point. Some one has to be able to create an cleaning schedule more periodically.

The breakfast was mediocre, not at all what someone posted in the reviews. They don't even have butter for the dry toast. They also charge you extra fees for people sleeping there even if you paid for a room with four beds. Incredibly disappointing and never again!!!

It was a nice and clean place Traditional Nica breakfast was good and I enjoyed it. The staff was very helpful. There is a funny parrot that makes a lot of noise occasionally.

Breakfast was good, the neighborhood is safe. It needs some remodeling.

There was a lot of ants inside the room all over the room. Around the bed, in the bed. Somebody went inside the room without permission.

Always a great stay with great service by the staff, the only complain i would have is to change the chairs by the pool sense the are not in great shape and really not that comfortable but other than that and missing the monkeys, always a great stay

Place is great, staff is super friendly the 2 front desk guys always been very profesionals and the lady who made breakfast was great, coffe is one of the best coffe we try.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, large rooms for reasonable price. Wifi worked surprisingly well. Located in an area with plenty of street food, about a 10 minute drive or 30-40 minute walk from the city center. Lots of common space that makes for a good place to work socialize. Some food and drink options on site, too.

What I liked a lot about this place is that it was close to the relatives I went to visit. The environment was like I was home. The staff personnel AMAZING!!!! Two of my best people there are Jonathan and the cooking lady. Shan the staff person from the night was really good but a little less friendly then Jonathan and the cooking lady (sorry she told me her name and can’t remember it) but she was super nice. All profesional. There was a guy there looks like maybe the owner, partner or the hotel administrator. Sorry but he was very rude to be a very important person in the hotel. Never said good morning or when we left never said thanks for visit. Me as a general manager of a hotel and restaurant in CR is one of the things I do to make sure my guess come back to us. Over all it was an AMAZING experience at the Art Hotel. By the way the hotel needs a little upgrade and for sure more repairs in the rooms and better towels and pool needs better cleaning.

Was not happy to see monkeys in a cage, I think animals should be in the nature and not for the entertainment of humans. However I don't know the history behind these monkeys or birds. My friend and I were disappointed with our shuttle reservation, someone made a mistake while booking our shuttle and at 4:30am we were told that no taxi was bringing us to the airport. We were stressed out and needed to be at the airport, the staff was not finding solutions to help us. Even though it was not his mistake, he should of offered more solutions. Other than those dissatisfactions, the room was good and clean.

Hotel is not bad for what you paid, excellent service, WiFi is decent,not a full restaurant on premises though, breakfast was not bad, overall I would recommend it

Comfortable and peaceful stay in Art hotel again. Limited choice at breakfast but well prepared. Bed was big and comfortable. WiFi in the room was strong. Modern, multichannel flat screen tv was a bonus. I don't like the deck over the pool as it restricts sunshine too much, otherwise the outside area has improved. The front entrance seems to be turning into a bar which may be an issue for me going forward as I usually stay there when in Managua.

Excelent customer service, always available. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel lobby and interior courtyard are pleasant, with 2 monkeys in a cage that will eat from your hands. The room was adequate and the beds were comfortable. However, "restaurant and bar" is stretching the truth; it's more like a snack bar. Also, they don't have an airport shuttle as advertised; they will arrange a taxi for you for $11, which is about double the prevailing taxi rates in Managua.
