The ladies at the front desk were super nice, my room was dirty, found a vape and dirty socks under the bed, i got at least 10 to 15 bug bites on my ankles and legs from the bed i slept in. I looked for bed bugs but didn't find any. I hope it was Ants. The service staff doesn't speak english so it was hard to talk to them.

Beds were just terribly uncomfortable. Hope they update soon.

Good clean hotel with friendly staff. However, it gets very noisy, especially in early morning waking you up earlier than you would like.

Very clean and nice safe area. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was ok but not great.

The room was clean. The window was broken. There are two layers of glass and the panels on the second layer were missing/loose. I assume this second layer is to help with the noise from the interstate. I had to sleep with white noise playing in noise cancelling headphones in order to sleep due to the noise. This was uncomfortable and I did not sleep well. For $180 a night, I would expect to be able to sleep in a quiet room. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express directly next door in the past, and had no problems with highway noise. Additionally, the window curtains fail to block light. I had difficulty falling back asleep due to the sunrise, around 6am. At breakfast, there was a church service playing on the TVs in the breakfast area and lobby. I do not feel this is appropriate in and of itself, but especially since the pastor was ranting about abortion policy in Tennessee. I wanted to enjoy my morning and my breakfast before hitting the road, but due to the content presented on the TVs, I was left angry. I’d suggest choosing a different TV channel for the lobby in the future.

We got there late after a very long drive. When I realized that I had used Hotels.com to book us a nonrefundable room there for JULY 20 instead of JUNE 20th, the night manager kindly helped us change it with Hotels.com. That saved us the price of a room. The hotel might be a bit worn, but the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast..waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, etc, was great. It was a great stay, with great staff.

Was sick and needed to isolate. Wantrd to sleep but maid was slamming doors for a few hours. I suggest a doorstop. The walls were shaking as she went in and out of the rooms beside me and it was loud. I called front desk, nothing they could do. Maid first day was super considerate and put a towel down so the door didnt slam...

Great property with excellent management!

Room was not very clean. After checking in, went to look for pool and was told it was being renovated. Would have been nice if they said something upon check-in. Breakfast was ok but no fruit or bread for toast. They did have hot eggs and sausage, cereal, bagels. Overall was ok but they could do better.

The staff was so personable, polite and helpful. The location was easy and quiet. The only issue we encountered was that the door to our room stuck and had to be "forced open" to enter the room #214

The reason we wanted to stay here was because of the pool.....but the pool was not even uncovered..

Good location off interstate, good cs at front desk. Rooms were nice and clean. Only complaint we have, is we had to listen to the dog in room beside us bark all night and most of the day. Would be nice if there was just one floor for people traveling with animals. We have nothing against animals. But prefer not to listen to one barking all day and all night

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room wasn’t exactly the cleanest. The bedding was clean and the towels were clean but the room itself needs a serious cleaning and facelift.

Not worth the money! Terrible road noise constantly from the interstate. The hallways were hot. The lock to the bathroom doors didn’t work. The bedroom lock didn’t work not to mention it was glass so anyone in the living room could see in which is weird. They had cabinets and a sink for the kitchen area but a tiny fridge. They were remodeling so the painting, noise and dust from sanding was bad. There are better hotels for the money out there.

The first room we had was aweful. The 2nd room we had was much better.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. Beside some light construction and the mix up with my reservation. Also the pool being closed. I would be a returning guest.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed is old and needs replacing. Lots of renovations happening there right now. The woman who checked us in at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was an ok stay.

Though the entrance of the hotel looks modern. The actual rooms are old and could use some updating. The couch was stained and icky. On the flip side the staff was amazing. From front seat to maintenance.

Convenient for where we needed to be in conjunction with our stay. Does need some remodeling—noticed dresser and nightstand in room where breakdown has or is occurring, caulking around tub and towel bar in tub has some mold growing. All that is just age related, like I said, needs a slight facelift and would not deter us from staying there again.

Beds very comfortable. Floors were sticky. Overall feeling is that hotel has been well used and could use deep clean and freshened up. Had everything needed for overnight stay. Rooms did not have greatest soundproofing. Great coffee at breakfast . Fair price for bringing pet along and good dog walk area. Nearby stores gas and restaurants.

Clean room, comfortable beds and pillows. Traveling with a golden retriever and they had accommodating outdoor area for her. Breakfast was very good as well as the coffee. This is our third time staying here and it won’t be our last.

The system “shut down” and another couple used their key to walk right into my room At 930pm at night. The front desk did nothing about it. It was terrifying

The personnel at the hotel were generally helpful and friendly, and the gentleman working the front desk was great, so A+ there. The room had some concerns: there were damp/wet towels in the room when we got there (they were rolled up, so potentially an issue with their dryer?), there was crud (I'm guessing drywall patch material) dried onto several spots on the walls and the lower half of one curtain, the walls are kind of thin and overall it's a bit noisy (but tolerable), and the noise from the highway (particularly semis) is ever-present. If you need quiet on a trip to relax/sleep, I'm not sure this hotel would work well for you.
