This is an updated roadside motel. Everything was recently redone. The room was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfy, linens were good, shower had plenty of hot water and a nice non slippery tile floor. I cannot name a single issue with this property. Give it a try if you are visiting the area!

Our room had a strong mildew smell, the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were like sleeping on rocks. The room was clean, which was good, but the bathroom is an experience I don't want to re-visit. It was extremely skinny, if you try to brush your teeth, don't bend over or expect to hit the wall with your hind end. Shower was good. If you have more meat on your bones than Twiggy, the bathroom will be difficult to maneuver. No Kleenex in the room . I was not expecting the Taj Mahol, but this experience was less than expected.

This is an older hotel that has a rough edge or two, but it's location and price make it a great place to stay while visiting Bryson City. The staff is super welcoming and helpful.

I was going to take a Train ride with grandson. this hotel was very quaint, Mom & Pop, family atmosphere. The owners were very friendly and helpful when checking in. Gave directions and suggestions for meals etc. This location is convenient to everything and very walkable to everything in town.

Not a new property, but new beds, linens, and bath fixtures. Very clean and comfortable, and service was excellent. First place I've stayed in for years that had housekeeping service every day. On-site owners bent over backwards to accommodate any request.

This is a motel that has been nicely updated. My room was small, as rooms from that era of motels are. It has everything for a nice stay, including rocking chairs just outside the door. Warm, courteous and efficient customer service. The bathroom is quite small. I would definitely stay here again. Good value for money.

They advertised service dogs welcome and then submitted an unauthorized credit card charge despite the room rate being significantly lower. This is wrong and unfair.

This accommodation was close to everything in town. If you’re going on the train ride, there’s no need to pay for parking. You can easily walk to the station. The room was clean and ready when we got there. Negatives - the bathroom is really small between the sink and the shower. So, if you have mobility issues, this could be a problem. Otherwise, this is a good option for a place to stay in Bryson City.

friendly service at check in, came to ride the Smokey Mountain train. Cute little town, plenty of good eating options. Not the Ritz Carlton but very doable for one night.
