The food is below average and no activities for kids.

Beautiful property. Very quiet. If you are looking for a good place to relax and decompress. Large property. Fair prices. I was only surprised at my 2 bedroom suite was a little dated. It had 1 TV in a bedroom, and a severe shortage of power outlets. Something like that is unheard of these days.

1) Bath room lights are "auto-sensing sysytem". every 80 seconds, the light got off and sense again to get on. If you relieve yourself, the light sensor never sense your position, then you have to wipe your back in the dark.
2) The restaurant staff must be "part-time" workers. The staff are always careless, chattering.
3) isolated location on the hill, but the hotel has free-shuttle bus to the sea-side shopping street(6am -6pm).
Very good location on the hill with a nice golf course in Muine, But if your main purpose is not playing golf, there are so many other choices in the seaside area.

Nice resort property. It is not on the beach, as the name hints.

I love this hotel! Room is spacious and clean, staff is Always smoking and try their best to make you feel "at home" Nice large poolarea with alot of sunbeds. Beautiful clean private beach and close to restaurants and shops. The hotel has huge sorroundings including golfcourse, fishingclub and a wine Castle. I would really recommend Sea Links !

Been to this hotel since 2011 and it is Always a pleasant stay! Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast has a good selection of both asian and western menu. Pool area is huge and always clean! Service is good and although the staff lacks in english they always try their best. Jojoba spa is excellent and the massages/treatments are always a highlight of the dag! I would definetly recommend Sea Links Beach hotel

Nice hotel in a great resort. Too bad that we were here not long enough to take advantage of the services offered.

The hotel is clean and has a large swimming pool and the stuff is friendly. However, the food is not good and only one restaurant. I feel the hotel is more for local people despite it is a 5 star hotel. Most of the stuff cannot speak english. In addition, the wifi signal is bad.

The reception staff is absolutely horrible, they are rude and not welcoming. The only thing they do when you check in Is tell how much money they are going to charge you If you break any rules or loose a card key, after the check in they also kept insisting that I showed them the booking email from the website... I don't really get it since they obviously already had our reservation in our emails... I stay in over 100 hotels during a year, and this is without a doubt the worst and least welcoming reception staff I have ever encountered. The rest of the staff is ok, but the level of English is zero. The breakfast is like a zoo where everything is always finished or about to be finished. The beach area is a buggy ride from the hotel and not very clean, although it seems all of Muine is like this..... the only nice thing about the hotel is the pool, quite big and with enough space for everyone. I would not recomendación this hotel.

Definitely not five-star hotel. For US stander Not even 2 star Hotel. Terrible experience start with the reception. Booked 2 adults one child was 15yrs and typo for 10yrs. I had to pay extra $35 for the typo. Very upsetting, beside that the hotel lobby have NO air conditioning, So...so hot about 90° I am almost pass out by the heatwave. The room was very small, not clean and you must walk about 1 miles to get to your room the elevator was no where near. What a nightmare!!!!!

The front office staff name Khoa was not very helpful in arranging the booking for our bus back to HCM (we are travelling with our 4 years old daughter). She said quite rude remark which is unnecessary that she is just helping to arrange for the bus for us and not really her responsibility. We felt this is uncalled for as we have also stayed in other hotels before such as Hoang Ngoc Resort which they provide such service very well. There are also not able to extend of early request to check out later which they didnt inform us in advance if they cannot. Other than that, the hotel was excellent.

Stayed 9 nights with wife and 2 children (4 yrs and 7 months) we booked the hotel primarily as a 'poolside' holiday, and cannot fault that. However our 2 observations are this:
1. The kids club: is t so much of a 'western kids club (where they are entertained/taken on activities etc) as much as a room with a few toys in it. We did feel really let down by that as it was a deciding factor when choosing. However as we agreed the hotel is a little dated in furnishings, but that's the eastern style...
2. Menu at poolside is a little limited. If you don't eat wheat forget about it!!!!!!
All in all, the staff could not have been better! Absolutely great (especially with the children!) but as per above the kids club isn't up to scratch! If I was booking for older family or couple then it is ideal! But if with younger family who need the entertainment then look at the anantarra........

It was nice stay on the end of 2015, my family went to Japan and I went to Phan Thiet alone for my golf vacation. The hotel is good and clean, nice room with good price. Wish can come here again soon.

The best vacations in Vietnam. The hotel staff was very helpful alm the time, specially the hotel manager, Joanna, she was checking everything all the time. The rooms were fantastic, the view, the acces to the ocean, everything. Highly recommended.

Great hotel but service could have been a little better. People need to put a little more smile on their face, I'm Vietnamese also but I haven't lived in the country for more than 30 yrs so maybe it's the culture thing that I may not be familiar with. Hotel is nice and location is excellent, very private. Love the beach!
Breakfast buffet was ok, food, coffee, and tea were not hot enough! Need more Vietnamese food. Love the yogurt!
The only great server during my stay was the lady from the nightly BBQ, I think she was the head server as she was wearing complete suits. She also works the morning buffet. Excellent customer service!

Very nice resort. Excellent service and extremely helpful staff. Limited English but they always give you the answer you need. Huge complex with a great pool, really nice private beach. The sea view room is the same as the pool view, just higher so that you see over the poolside palm trees. Worth the extra £5 for the view! You get a buggy to the beach from the swimming pool and can request one back. Dont walk! We tried it and it was hard, all uphill! It will cost about 50-80,000 dong for a taxi to the main part of Mui ne and reception will book it for you.

we arrived during the Vietnamese holidays and the hotel was packed with locals that were rather loud and messy in the restaurant. after two first days the locals left and the hotel was practically deserted: just us and a couple of Russian families. so we had the entire hotel including all the large swimming pools and private beach just for ourselves. so if you are looking for a good price and quality , calm location for otherwise very busy first of May week holiday then this would be your place. the staff tries but most of them speak very poor English but I guess that's a problem in most hotels in Vietnam. the hotel is new and in good condition and located in an exclusive Sea Links City area where outsiders have no access so it's also very safe. you can visit shops and restaurants in Mui Ne (which is one long road) bu taking a hotel golf car to the main gate free of charge. taxi back is cheap, around 2-3 USD.

The hotel is quite old, as in the furniture, carpets etc. The staff were friendly and generally good natured but obviously not well trained. For example, Irish whiskey tasted like some whiskey poured into regular coffee. Wine were not ice bucketed. Food selection were very disappointing, if you dont like seafood, there is very little to choose from. Even if you liked sea food, there were little to choose from. The food selection across the road and in fact in most other resorts in the surrounding area were far superior. Will probably not go back ever.

Whilst our room could not be faulted (both in terms of cleanliness and comfort) the overall service from the hotel was very disappointing.
Upon arrival, we were asked to pay an additional $100 per person for a New Year's Eve gala dinner (mandatory) but the hotel were not able to accommodate vegetarians win the group. When we asked what the vegetarian food at the dinner would be, we were first told there would be 3 small dishes prepared- hardly worth the cost and then informed that we would be given Halal food (which included halal meat!) It was only after a lengthy discussion with the manager and numerous loud mentions of leaving trip advisor reviews that we were exempted from attending the dinner.
On several occasions, our requests for certain basic items from staff (salt and pepper in the restaurant, towels by the swimming pool) was met with the answer that there was nine in the entire hotel and we had to run around asking several different people until we got what we wanted. In the case of the swimming pool towels we are still waiting.
One of our party misplaced their plastic key card for the room (the generic type, that gets programmed upon check in) and had to pay a fee for this, which was the final straw in an utterly disappointing stay at what should have been the nicest hotel of our visit to Vietnam.
If travelling to Mui Ne, check out the Mui Ne Backpackers Resort, which is in the thick of all activity and staff appeared much friendlier and far more helpful.

You never know if the pictures and description will match the reality but in this case it does. This is an all-inclusive resort. The rooms are very spacious, with a very large balcony with two sturdy lounge chairs and an aromatic gardenia bush with a beautiful view of the sea. The staff is very helpful. The hotel rests on a hill but there are friendly staff members with ample golf carts to take you to the beach. The resort has its own private beach with sturdy, comfortable lounge chairs with umbrellas. Staff helps you carry it to the beach if there are not enough on the beach. Ladies the spa is wonderful. I got an aromatherapy 90 min massage and it cost 25USD. I would highly recommend this is you are looking to relax. Mui Ne is 5 minutes away with the hussle bustle you would expect and all the beach trinkets you can buy. This is a place to relax and enjoy yourself and family.
