The stay itself was good and the room was good. The breakfast was less than desirable in my opinion. I do not think hotels should serve frozen fruit. I think they could afford to get fresh fruit for breakfast.

The staff are all super friendly. I especially appreciated Shannon at the front desk and our shuttle driver morning of 8/2. The only downside was the unit above us had littles that stomped the floors and were noisy past 9 pm.

From check in to check out everything ran very smoothly! Staff is very friendly and hospitable and the breakfast had many options to choose from! Our room was very clean and the pool was a huge hit for the kids! Definitely recommend staying here!

Good family overnight if you're flying out of Helena. Room felt sterile. Sheets are paper thin. Dependable shuttle to the airport.

We loved the room, hotel ambiance & staff; breakfast was better than many hotel stays we've experienced; however, when I got in the shower, there was no body wash in the container so had to use shampoo!! Also, our room wasn't serviced once in the 5 days we were there. We had agreed to the 2-day service when we checked in.

Overall, very nice property. The pool should open at 6am (not 8am) for travelers who want to have a morning swim before they depart.

Vistas from the Hotel, be it north or south. My only criticism was the breakfast, which was ample yet boring with sausage every morning [sometimes like hockey pucks] and inability to make your own waffles or pancakes!

They were cleaning baseboards as we were leaving! I was very impressed on the cleanliness and size of rooms. We said we won't stay anywhere else in Helena now that we've stayed here.

We have stayed once every year for my daughter and her friends to go swimming. Every single time, the sheets have been dirty and you can see the hair and whatnot from other guests inside the sheets.
It would seem they don’t change them unless it’s more evidently dirty.
It’s gross, and I’ve taken to bringing my own sheets. We would go to a different hotel but this one has the best pool for Helena.

I stay here whenever I'm in Helena because its got everything I need to feel at home, plus a decent gym. I'm able to cook something simple when I don't feel like going out and it's close to lots of eating options. Breakfast is pretty standard, which works for me, but if someone is looking for more this wouldn't be the place. Basically I feel safe, comfortable and prepared to go about my day.

We had a suite with a fireplace. The suite was great with a small kitchen area, fridge and stove etc. We didn’t really use that. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was that the bedroom was extremely cold. We had to turn the heat way up and keep the door open for it to warm up. I slept in my parka all night.

This is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at and always try to get rooms here when we visit family in Helena. The only reason I didn’t give it the usual 5 star rating this time is because the rooms we were in were rearranged from the original design to accommodate 2 queen beds. It makes the room feel strange and the plugs for your devices are no longer easily accessible. This could be alleviated by putting a nightstand lamp(s) with usb ports on it or some desktop type of charger. Also, these rooms appeared older and more worn. They were as usual spotless.
