The property was clean and close to the LGA which was very helpful to me.

Great service

Small rooms, cleaning staff didn’t remove the garbage from the room, didn’t replace towels, showers were dirty, paint chipping on walls. For the money, will stay somewhere else next time.

the mattress is old and dirty lift those covers and you’ll see brown stains all over. Pillow with spots of blood. Towel with spots or blood. Stain on blanket. Stain on mattress sheet. Stain on walls. Old tv with direct Tv. View was okay. Shower floor dirty. Old rug on the floor who knows if they clean it but probably dirty. The bed was comfortable but uncomfortable to know that it’s really dirty and covered .

The area is not so good.

The experience is great ive read comments from years till now and so far its a great place to stay just the parking garage is to small and hard to move around to park and get out thats the only problem i have but overall i would definitely recommend this place to anyone

Economy hotel located in Queens, close to train stations. The room was renovated and clean, with a comfortable mattress, but was quite small. The bathroom was clean and new, but there were hardly any hooks or holders for putting towels. There was no mini-fridge. The room rate was reasonable for New York, but be advised that there was a $38/night charge for parking. The parking lot was very small with only about 8 spaces available. Staff was friendly and helpful but the manager butted in several times while we were speaking to the desk clerk. I thought that was a bit rude. The rooftop has a great view of the city, but you need to be eating at the restaurant to access the rooftop.

Everything is at walking distance and your only minutes away from nyc

Everything was great, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar and restaurant is great’. I will definitely stay again when in town.

Perfect for our NYC vacation.

Breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. The view from the hotel room was fantastic. Also, having food and drinks available at the Sky Lounge was very cool. Amazing views.

Very good

Although the view wasn’t so bad, the rooms were way smaller than I was told & shown. I had to check out a few days early & they refused to give me any refund, not even a partial one. They were not complying & just refused to negotiate. Our key cards did not work many times & had to go down & get them replaced at least 3x during our stay, which was so inconvenient for us. Whenever we would call the front desk & ask for something, we would have to call them multiple times to repeat ourselves over & over again. I would not really recommend staying at this hotel. I feel like this hotel is very selfish.

Good customer service.

It was an OK value. We had some minor issues, the sink was clogged, our room phone didnt work, the ice machines ran out of ice, and we only had 3 (not 4) pillows. These were all minor, and nothing significant was wrong, but the stay was ok.

I paid almost 300$ a night here for 4 nights. They didn’t bring the fridge I had in the original room I had to the next room despite my asking. I don’t think I should need to ask twice. The rooms are tiny, u can hear the neighbors, so it was a little uncomfortable. They do have a restaurant onsite which was nice but the food was not that good. The area is nice and safe but it’s a walk to the trains and bus area. There are other decent restaurants close by. The main complaint I had was when I called back 2-3 weeks later asking about my security deposit respectfully mind you, I was met with a very rude and unprofessional man on the phone who clearly didn’t know what he was talking about and wouldn’t let me get a word out and was talking over me and interrupted me several times. And I still don’t have my security deposit back like he insisted would happen. I think for 300$ a night people should be a lot more respectful and professional not acting like a child. And he hung up the phone on me when I pointed out to him that he interrupted me. I never gave him any reason to react that way. Which was why it’s a big deal to me. I never gave any one of the front desk a hard time yet the front desk seems to take everything personally to the point where they feel justified to be hostile and petty. Not okay. And I will be talking to a manager. Wish me luck.

A really cute, urban hotel. Nice sitting area in front (great for smokers), and friendly, helpful staff.

Good hotel, however, Room has no refrigerator. Rooms are very small Must pay ~$33 for parking per night.

The staff was polite and the location is good. But for the price, the quality and condition of the hotel was more like a Motel 6, for the price of a nice Marriott. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, the room smelled musty, the air conditioner was a stand alone unit propped up on a box, that didn’t cool the room enough. The car keys failed twice, the elevator tool forever and was not working altogether for part of a day, the parking access key failed as well. I could go on but you get it.

The parking garage is so tiny, can’t turn around. We have to back up to get out . It walkable to train station and cute little town with a lot of restaurants.

Bad experience. Elevators not working. AC not working. Room was not ready even after 4pm staff at reception except for the blond lady rude and ineffective
