Relaxing, loved the spa tub and the spa anise was lovely

The food is amazing. The day spa was very clean and the staff are super helpful.

Every thing was excellent except the Restaurant, the options were limited and I didn’t enjoy the food.

The staff greeting and service was exceptional, nothing was unable to be provided to allow us to thoroughly enjoy our stay.

30th Anniversary celebrations. Perfect spot. Just wish we had longer there.Lovely room, great hot tub, delicous dinner and breakfast. We had the degustation with matching wines. The food excellent but thought the wine price was over the top for what was served. Breakfast choice was also excellent.

Our quiet and spacious orchard villa with its two bedrooms, large bathrooms, full kitchen and delightfully warming fireplace made for an ideal family getaway. The excellent Thai styled Tamarind Restaurant makes dinner a pleasure (although closed Mondays) and the local rainforest walks are a beautiful way to relax and appreciate nature. Only downside was the enormous king sized bedding that wants to swallow you up, disrupting an otherwise peaceful sleep.

Beautiful area. Little pricey for what you get. Restaurant is closed on Monday which was one of the nights we were there. Downside, and I am sure regular, was that hot tub (in each outdoor area of units) was not hot at all as a power fuse tripped. No one was around after 6 to assist and I was looking forward to using it that night after driving all day.

Wonderful stay, it's definitely a 5 star resort. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. When we mentioned that we had to leave early in the morning and would miss the included breakfast, they packed us food the night before. Super nice of them to do that :)

I recently stayed at the Spicers Tamarind resort with some friends for a ladies getaway. We decided on Spicers as we wanted somewhere where we could all stay together in comfort and have an open fireplace. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom villas and it was superb. The villa was cosy and welcoming, everything was absolutely spotless, there were 2 luxury bathrooms and 2 big bedrooms. The lounge area and kitchenette were well set out with big glass windows allowing the outside landscape to be seen and the big open fireplace was a real treat for the cool winter nights. Our villa was very private - there were people in the other villas near us but we couldn't see or hear them. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that we couldn't get into the Spa Anise as it was fully booked out so a tip would be to book well in advance before you go. We all thoroughly enjoyed two lovely nights at Spicers Tamarind and will definitely stay there again next time we visit Maleny!

Such a quiet, private retreat, perfect when all you want to do is get away from reality and do absolutely nothing!!Only 6 "pavillions" (each room is its own little building), everyone is there to relax so you know you won't be annoyed by any noisy guests.Each pavillion has its own private hot-tub - not a modern plastic one, but a beautiful wooden one, which results in the water having this beautiful teak aroma! Inside the pavillion, if it is cold you have your own real fireplace, a huge dual shower bathroom, a TV/DVD in both the lounge room and bedroom.The grounds are beautifully manicured, and only a 100m walk down the hill is a beautiful little river with a [very little but still relaxing] waterfall, that you can sit by or play in the water [if you don't mind the temperature!!The Tamarind restaurant was nothing short of AMAZING. I can honestly say it is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to! The flavours were amazing - the only bad thing about it is the meal sizes were a bit too big, so we couldn't fit in dessert!! Prices were very reasonable too for an a la carte restaurant.The location is a couple of km's from Maleny, so you can also drive in to town and go for a lazy walk up the main street to look at the shops or go to one of the many cafes.
