Great stay, safe and convenient. Easy access to parking and a great beach view

Apartment is dire need of a facelift. It’s old and tired. It was, however, clean and well appointed

The property is perfectly placed near the airport so very easy for those early morning flights. The floors could do with a good clean

We enjoyed our stay at Crystal Beachfront Apartments. The view was amazing and it was a joy to wake up to glorious sunrises. The managers are wonderful and nothing was too much trouble.

Great location, Curumbin wildlife sanctuary not too far, Marias pizza up the road was great. Beach view and access from the room was amazing. Bathrooms are a bit tired and run down, but kitchen was fully equiped, and i loved being able to walk down to the beach for a swim. If you are after a resort, this isn't the place for you, but if you are just after a home base for somewhere to sleep and cook breakfast before a day on the beach, it's perfect. Airport is a little noisy, but there is a curfew. Staff were all very polite.

The area and view was amazing the property needed maintenance and up keep. There was no air conditioning which made apartment very hot during summer months.

We just love the location. Direct access onto the beautiful beach. No roads to cross. Everything we need is nearby. Wonderful place for a relaxing break.

It is a great position but unfortunately the unit we were given should never have been rented out. Half of the chairs were in a dangerous condition, cupboard doors were coming off, showers were not properly cleaned, the manager didn’t seem to care less. If our unit had been in a satisfactory condition we would have been very happy.

The main thing i didnt like there was a lot of dust around pipes and wooden blinds and fans other than that really liked the place and will be back

The property was perfectly located on the beach with lovely sea views. Felt the unit itself was a little tired but general cleanliness was good, apart from sugar left on the bench from previousn tennants causing an ant problem. Management staff friendly and obliging.

Loved our ocean views & access to the beach. Tugun is a great spot on the coast. Ideal for families. Pool, BBQ & gardens are well looked after. Some slight issues with our unit but we were able to relax & enjoy.

Great value for money in a two bedroom unit, right beside the beach. Unit was neat, spacious and well fitted out, with great outdoor space. The complex was quiet, with great communal spaces including lovely clean bbqs, plenty of seating, pool and little heated outdoor spa. Great for couples or families. Helpful, friendly staff. Love this southern part of the Gold Coast, where the beach is quieter. Location is between two patrolled beaches.Walking distance to Tugun village which has everything you need.

Just spent a week at Chrystal Beach Apartments and had a great time. Rooms are comfortable with all you need to self cater. Views are fantastic too.

Our family loved the large 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and large balcony! The kitchen had everything we needed (although a pair of scissors would have been handy :-) ), but unfortunately hand towels and face flannels were not provided (for kitchen and bathrooms). Having a washing machine and dryer was a bonus too. And the mattress and pillows were comfortable! The parking spot in the secure garage in the basement was fantastic, as was the pool, Jacuzzi and location beside the unpatrolled beach. The biggest downside to this place was that it is under the flightpath, with planes starting to fly from 6am until 11pm (only a few each hour as it is a fairly small airport, but enough to wake you up in the morning). The standard of cleanliness was acceptable, but could have been better. The ceiling had many dust-covered cobwebs and various higher surfaces (for example the top of fridge, washing machine, kitchen cupboard doors, etc.) could have had a better wipe-down. Just be aware that if you are visiting the theme-parks that it is an easy 30-minute drive to get there, but on our return we were stuck in traffic every day from 3pm onwards on the busy M1 and other routes as well. But overall I would certainly choose this place again for our family with primary school aged kids and can recommend to anyone (with or without kids of any age) if you are happy to put up with the noise of the planes.

We had a very relaxing holiday made even better by the live in Managers great people couldnt do enough for us we had a 3 bedroom unit very roomy and perfect for a family holiday with veiws to live in our memories for a long time to come will definately be holidaying there again and would recommend it to any one secure parking was a big plus to us as well and the convieniance of taking a few minutes to be in the beach and to top it off only a brief walk along the beach to the shops loved the whole family thoroughly enjoyed their stay

A great family break right on the beach. A quieter part of the Gold Coast but only a stones throw from Coolangatta and Burleigh Heads. great spot for families. Staff friendly and happy to assist. Highly recommended. Ocean Views to wake up to each morning!!!

Only downside was having no lift, difficult to get luggage up and down easily. Otherwise quite and clean and lovely views from "ocean view" rooms.
