Everything was pretty good accept the fold-out couch that made out into a bed was the most uncomfortable thing a human being would have to sleep on. Ended up on the floor.

My extend family was having a retirement party and for a one night stay if for 5 people it was nice. The only thing is when we pulled out the couch there was a stain on the mattress but we requested more sheet to cover it. Bed was comfortable.

The staff was nice, the room was just what it was for but they have some opportunities. I was in room 201 and the room smelled very rancid like there had been smoking in there in the past. The drainage in the restroom was a circle one while it was supposed to be a square one which made it lose and unsafe. The lobby smelled great but not my room.

We were attending the funeral of my favorite uncle. The kindness and compassion of the staff was top notch. Thank you so much making a hard time easier.

Awesome place real nice and clean. Staff is 10 out of 10 two elevators and everything seemed nice.

Drove 8 hours with my son to pick up our new Australian Shepherd. Pet friendly and clean. Everyone was extremely nice. Thanks everyone!

1. The key card failed to work, requiring me to make several trips to the front desk. 2. Then, I had to return to the front desk for toilet paper. There wasn’t even a partial or empty roll available. 3. The same group of young boys were wondering up and down the hallways, even after midnight. 4. There was one room that emanated a pot smell from the room as I walked to the exit at one end of the building.

We always stay or have family or friends who come from out of town stay here. We love it and they love it. No complaints from us ! Its a nice area of Greenville so everyone is safe and lots of places to eat near by!! Staff are great amd the hotel has always been clean !!

The property is basically a construction zone. Sheetrock in the hallwsys, people working on the rooms all night. The hot tub not in service first night
