Wonderful property with very attentive staff. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Pool area is secluded in a lush tropical garden. Highly recommend.

This boutique hotel is really nice, not crowded, it’s like home for me.
Staffs are all the time so friendly, helpful and kindness.
Next time when I’m visiting LP again I will check in this hotel again!

I enjoyed my stay at the Villa Maly, the staff was extremely courteous and professional. Accommodation was great, loved the old colonial plantation feel and ambiance. Nice breakfast spread as well. Great location and walkable to the night market, early dawn alms giving event, many dining and bar options along the main drag. I’d stay again if I’m visiting LP.

The property was in a very good part of town. The staff was beyond helpful. The only thing I would suggest is that they need have the A/C until cleaned.

It was the favorite hotel from our trip to Laos. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with lots of plants and a swimming pool. The staff was very helpful and spoke good English. The breakfast was great too.

I want to emphasize the outstanding service by the staff. They assisted with sightseeing arrangements and restaurant recommendations and reservations. This is a lovely hotel that is within walking distance of nearly all important sites in Luang Prabang.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Chef was particularly helpful and we enjoyed discussing food with him. Pool was a godsend after sightseeing in high temperatures.

Wonderful hotel. Feels like a private villa. Great staff. Awesome breakfast. Easy walk to the city center (or tuk tuk). Great staff. Our group booked 4 rooms and all were awesome. Small bodegas for drinks and snacks + laundry service on the same little street. Only issue: Air conditioning was noisy, but it worked great. You will be satisfied.

Very Friendly Typical Lao warmth always from the staff. Quiet and beautiful setting. Restaurant very good. Very clean and comfortable room. A little out of the town centre but tuk tuks always at the hotel gate and in the cool of the evening it is a pleasant walk into the town. Definitely to be recommended but not for those on limited budget. Luang Prabang is expensive

Our room was comfortable - bed was quite nice - and although we had some trouble with the ceiling fan, this issue was corrected after the first night.The hotel grounds are quite lovely and well-kept; just enough jungle feel without being overrun with vegetation. Our food experience at the hotel was limited to a light dinner upon arrival and breakfasts, all of which were adequate. I did enjoy their selection of fresh juices at breakfast.The location is good; it is off the main street in Luang Prabang, so nice and quiet with little street traffic noise. Easy to walk to main tourist areas, markets, etc., although the hotel offers free bicycles if you prefer (and umbrellas). Free van to pick-up and return to LPQ airport was a nice perk, too.

The Lao staff was very friendly, the French manager less so. The ameneties were beautiful and well kept. The room while nice was somewhat dissapointing in that it was missing a balcony or an outside area or at least something to hang your wet clothes.
