The Hotel is only a few hundred meters from the Marques Metro station. The hotel has well appointed rooms with cable TV and am en suite.The staff are friendly and helpful and can provide suggestions on what to do andcwhere to go overall great value for money.

Very basic hotel. Rooms are small, pillows were a joke, could not even get ice, it is more like a hostel then a hotel, my opinion.

You have bed, tv, ac, bath with good shower pressure. Missing a fridge in rooms though.

Ihave stayed 4 days and my experience was exellent:the locatikn is very good- just 2 stols from main placa and 20 minutes walk from the centre. The room was with very comfortable bed, was cleaned every day and the 2 men on the recephion were very polite and helpful. I strongly reccomend the hotel:))

Service is good . The front desk is friendly, accommodating and helpful. Location is good, easy to get Uber. The room is a small for the 3 of us - smallest among the 6 accommodations we had in our Spain/Portugal family tour.

The receptionists were so so friendly and more than willing to help out when it came to directions or recommendations!

Stayed here for three nights during a visit to Porto. Whilst it wasnt horrible, I wouldnt stay again.The room was clean and fully-equipped when I arrived, but overall the hotel was let down by its service. It turned out there was only one key to my room, which is why it wasnt cleaned or restocked. I was only made aware of this just before my third and final night in the hotel. The concierge asked if Id like it cleaned but at that point it seemed like a waste of time, though I took him up on the offer of new shampoo and soap.Some of the staff were very on the ball and spoke good English, however when I arrived I was met by somebody who spoke very little English and with my limited Portuguese we ended up communicating through Google Translate.Provided the housekeeping staff can access your room, theyll leave 8 small crackers and a miniature muffin. Theres a bakery, Fumeiro, down the road which they direct you to for a fuller meal.I was on the ground floor. There are bars over the windows so you can safely open them, but be prepared for people peering in. A drunk (?) man also garbled something at me when I was lying on the bed looking at my phone, which was fun. Obviously the hotel cant control this but if youre on the ground be aware.Even allowing for how cheap this place is, the service really isnt up to scratch which is a shame as the rooms are nice enough.

The room was clean . Bath Ok . Was noisy from traffic during night . Easy to find . Very polite staff. Breakfest Ok . Cheap .

Small but very clean hotel, close to the historic zone of the city and a fantastic and helpul staff. I recommend getting the breakfast option since it will save you a lot of time.

no elevator but only 3 floors. we had room with two tween bed (as booked). the room was very small. also not comfortable shower. hotel maintenence should be much better- lamp without cover shower tube loose. breakfast was very poor.

Small nice friendly hotel. About 15 minute walk into city centre. There is a metro which is very clean and cheap to use. Wouldn't drive around Porto as traffic chaos in centre. Quite hilly so if you have problems walking would get hotel in centre.Felt very safe walking about but heard that one tourist had money stolen from a pickpocket.

Check in process was not pleasant as it looked like there was some Expedia - Hotel miscommunication because when we arrived it looked like personnel was not aware about our arrival and we had to wait till our room would be available. The room itself was quite small but clean, had wardrobe and chest of drawers. So plenty space to store your belongings. One bad thing about this hotel we noticed is soundproofing. We could hear sound from other rooms, bathrooms, closing and opening doors. Location is quite good: near metro, center of city is also walk-able; nearby are several places to eat owned by locals; walk-able distance to night bus to airport.
