This was a fabulous hotel! Would definitely recommend and will stay here again if ever back in Cuernavaca. Everyone at the hotel was beyond kind and helpful. Beautiful setting and the rooms were perfect.

One month before my stay, our airline changed our departure time, so we needed to cut our stay by one night. Called Expedia who contacted the hotel and spoke with "Hanna" 30 days before our arrival, way before the allowed date to make any change. I personally paid for a long distance call and spoke with Hanna, and all assured me that they were aware that I was not staying the extra day. Despite my efforts, I left a day early and was charged for a night I did not use. Stay away from this greedy hotel and it's administration. Lost money for something I didn't use.

I stayed there for a week. 3 nights out of 6 the hotel had events so there was loud music until 1 am. I complained and asked why I wasn’t aware of the events when they first contacted me but had no response. Also, they claim they are a smoke free property but they allow some guests to smoke in their terraces even if they have suites near with a balcony. I had to close my balcony because the neighbor was smoking all day. Also playing loud music and yelling every night until 3 am. Finally, the cleaning staff stole a gold and Diamond bracelet while I was at the spa. I reported it but nobody did anything. They just told me there was no bracelet. After that I would leave everything in the safe.
Overall I had a horrible, overpriced experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is amazing! It was our third time visiting and will not be our last. The hotel staff was also able to arrange to bring someone in to do our PCR Covid test which was really convenient and cheaper than what we had seen in the Covid clinics in Mexico City. The staff are so friendly and do a great job and the food and drinks are delicious! Each room is unique and they have all been wonderful each time we have stayed at Anticavilla!
