Very nice hotel I will recommended

At the sea!

The hotel was wonderful and situated in a great location. The bus stop was just a minute's walk from the hotel and took 10 mins to take you into the Old Town for 2 Euro's. You could also walk along the coastal route (Promenade) from the hotel (20 Min) to reach the restaurants and bars, worth a walk in the evening. Very safe at night. Worth a visit to the cave bar, about 10 mins into your walk.

This hotel is very clean, rooms are luxurious and comfortable. We had a sea view room which was very scenic. At dinner you can see the sunset. We used the indoor pool and sauna frequently. From the back of hotel you have a pretty promenade for strolling at any point with connecting hotels and bars to dine at whilst overlooking the sea. I will definitely go back there again and stay at this hotel!!

Fantastic place to chill and relax

Hotel was excellent, clean, spacious and clean. Choice of pools appealing to different tastes. Several choices to dine in hotel and near by.

It was part of 5/6 hotel partners and you could use any of the facilities at any of the other hotels. Lovely walk into lapad where there a mini shops, bars and restaurants. We stayed in 3428 4th floor beautiful Seaview room.

very nice location on the ocean and very good facilities

When we arrived the hotel internet was down and the staff worked so hard to make sure every guest was taking care off. The manager,STEPHAN was wonderful. We were not happy with our ocean view room and he changed it the following day and he was so nice through out the 5 nights we were there. Everyone super nice and friendly and the facility is amazing . Very conveniently located by the bus stop and you can go to old town in 10 min on the bus that runs every 10 minutes . Loved the hotel, staff and our trip❤️

Loved our stay at the Royal Ariston. Staff were friendly attentive and professional at all times. Room was amazing and the view was stunning. Everything was clean and easy. Spa was fabulous. Roof top infinity pool and bar was instagram worthy.

Everything at the Royal Ariston was outstanding. The room was ultra comfortable, the view was to die for, the facilities were fabulous, the dining options offered a wonderful mix and the service was superb. We could not have been happier with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. Rooms were immaculate, food was wonderful and the views were spectacular!

Beautiful location, very friendly staff however we did ask for some bowls and and was told they’d get back to us about them but never did. Also stated on Expedia there was a games room but there wasn’t which is why this rating is 4*. Other than that thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice hotel area with several pools, access to the sea without too many crowds

Property is great but not sure what to make of fact that I paid for the Royal Ariston hotel but was placed in royal princess, another hotel on property. Our view was exquisite but I wonder why we were assigned that property

We read mixed reviews about the catering for half board. We found the choice to be okay, but not exceptional, and assuming you avoid the obvious peak times, then the service was fine. At times, we felt the staff were overly keep to clear the tables, but never to the point where we felt too rushed to say anything. Just one to watch, if you want seconds :-)

The hotel reception welcoming with a stunning view out to sea. We also chose a room with a sea view - what a way to start the day! The staff were really friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for you. There is a promenade walk from the hotel along the sea front down into La Pad, which takes you to restaurants and bars. We had an absolutely fantastic time.

Pros: Food: On the day we checked in, staff were told we had halal food and they kindly swapped our half board to the only restaurant that did halal. We were grateful. Views: We had amazing views from our balcony and our room was well sized. Cons - Cleanliness: Room wasn’t cleaned even once. No one even tried. We tried calling reception but could never get through. Thankfully the cleaning lady would leave behind the trolley for new towels etc. and we managed to get some clean towels. ViP access: late checkout was hard won and for a couple of hours and only because I knew the Ts and Cs. They insisted we pay 25 euros per hour after that despite there being room. They gave a bottle of wine but as Muslims there was no alternative. Would have been nice to receive something else - so just returned it.

Excellent amenities, clean room, overall enjoyed our stay. This hotel along w the connecting hotels (Royal family) has couple of nice restaurants to choose but some have unnecessary limitations, i.e. if one is not having buffet for dinner, one can not dine in a particular restaurant. This was very inconvenient for us.

Hotel Royal Ariston exceeded our expectations. We had an overnight flight and checked in early with no issue. Our room on the fifth floor overlooking the sea was lovely and well appointed. Housekeeping was prompt. Breakfast was a tad hectic as the restaurant serves all of the sister hotels but if you arrive early it was okay. Only complaint were the coffee machines which resulted in lines and they were often out of service. A part from that, the food was good. We had very nice cocktails and nibbles at one of the bars. It was a great stay!

Luxury Sea View suite was large and spacious. However we were offered a room at the lowest floor where the sea view was obstructed by trees which was rather disappointing. Free parking is great and bus service to Old Town is frequent and very convenient. We also felt that overall the front desk staff could have been warmer and friendlier. Housekeeping also did not refresh the room properly the stay on the second day. The bell boys however were very helpful and prompt in their service of dropping and picking up the luggage.

Lots of things to do

Though I did not get an upgrade, the front desk and the concierge are very friendly and helpful. The exceptional service I received was when I made a request to go to the top pool area to take a few photos before it opens at 11AM on Oct. 12, 22, they considered my Expedia Gold status and guided /accompanied me through the service stairs to the top view area, and I was able to leave the hotel at 10:30AM and bring the sunny memories with me. Great hotel!

Hotel Royal Ariston is located in a truly idyllic location with beautiful views from anywhere you are, whether it's the restaurant, bar or pool. The rooms are spacious, but the decor could use a bit of a renewal (there were marks on carpet, dents in walls, bathroom door would scrape against the floor when opening) but all very minor things. The amenities were really amazing, a good choice of pools, hot tubs, spas, restaurants & bars either on the resort or within walking distance, though prices were a bit expensive if staying on the resort, even in the off season (October) when we visited.

On the whole a good experience. Fantastic location and great views.

The catering at the hotel was abysmal. The food was unimaginative, repetitive and cold. The staff in the restaurant were glum and charmless. Nowhere near what I would expect from a so-called 5’star hotel.
