Overall very good. I was appreciative that they allowed me to check in early. The people staying in the room above me were running around when I was trying to sleep, so a little too loud.

I wanted to know about early check in. I called and didn't get an answer. I didn't leave a message. They called me back because they missed a call(Like you do when you miss a friends call) Because the room was not used the night before, they let me check in 2 hrs early without a charge.

Pleasant little place. Very confortable for a West Point Academy visit.

Clean, very helpful front desk, well kept property overall, and not too much noise from neighbors at any point.

Office seemed to never be open - didn’t open until 0900 and was closed too early each day. Seemed not a good value for the price.

We hope they can upgrade the wifi, that was a problem. The fact that we could open the windows and get fresh air was wonderful! Staff were very kind and understanding. Rooms were very clean!! We both slept well!!

My room was nice and clean and felt very safe for a single female traveler. I think they put me in this room with thought. The check in was awkward though..no one was there. Key exchange not secure...and no one on site if there was a problem. Room was very quiet though. The matress was heavenly ..asked employee what kind it was .bit she had no idea! >i slept great in this room!>This room was not completely accesible. If i were in a wheelchair i could not get to the big closet .and iron.the fridge and table were blocking it. The fridge didnt work too well anyway...when turned on it will start this annoying buzzing sound. Had to turn it off.

Room was clean and facility was well kept. Motel is within walking distance from town.

Convenient hotel but a little overpriced for what you have a a available.

Really nice Motel, great decor and very clean. Amazing Mexican restaurant across the street. The only thing, wish it was open for continental breakfast early as we had to check out at between 6 and 7am. Definitely coming back :)

Room was clean and beds are comfy. We arrived after check in but it was easy to find out key after calling the provided phone number

It was ok. Not what I would have expected so close to the academy but it served its purpose.

It was easy to find, pleasant and had a frig, generous coffee and, a continental breakfast that turned out to be handy. Easy drive to West Point. Slightly out of town so not necessarily walkable though one restaurant is across the street. Receptionist is friendly and knowledgeable.

I can't stand the internet...IT DOES NOT WORK! Inconvenience to leave your room to use a microwave in a dirty, filthy room with bugs, a torn up screen door to enter. You charge these highvpriced for a garbage hoyel. I only stayed here because Holiday Inn Express down the rd was full. LOWER your prices It's not a nice place to stay. It's only a convenience close to WestPoint. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Could hear everything in the next room but the people were considerate and quieted down at 11pm. Overall nice stay.
