Great location

I could only stay. Night it was so bad will be contacting Expedia try to get some money back

The rooms are very poor and dirty and is smelling so bad and they’re just giving two towels and they don’t have enough sop their supply for personal hygiene. It is very poor and the bathroom is extremely dirty.

It’s okay; yeah definitely I would stay again

Nice and clean hotel ...room with lot of space ...ac work perfectly...the only cons that I found at the hotel I think is the pool and the wifi those should be improve

This is not an international chain hotel. So on Salvadorian standard it's ok.

I was going to a meeting in the UCA so the hotel was just beside. It was clean. I only stay for one night, the elevator got broben and they didnt have hairblower not in the room neither in the hotel.

Not pleasant at all, bad memories. Wanted to impress my European wife.

You can save $100 over the inter continental and have a decent night's sleep. Lots of street traffic noise, but the a/c drowns that out. I like the place because of price and the staff has always been courteous.

No-drama, quick visit to San Salvador, enhanced by this hotel's location and amenities.

The shower need to be replace , they are loose and malfunctioning. The service from everyone was helpful and polite.

Very convenient for meetings and close to the exit roads in and out of the city.

This hotel is very dilapidated. There was no internet on the day I was there. The rooms need upgrading.

Breakfast ok, hotel staff good, needs renovation. They worry for your safety and make nice recommendations. Staff, specially at restaurant are great, front desk is terrible

the hotel does have parking but no elevator from the garage so you have to carry your bags up a long flight of stairs. The garage is secure as it is guarded 24hours. Although I booked through hotels.com they didnt have a record of the reservation so make sure you bring a copy of your confirmation. The single room although reserved for two people only includes breakfast for 1. They charge an additional $5 for breakfast. The rooms are adequate and comfortable enough. I tried to close the curtain and it fell apart. The hotel is located in a good neighbor and is convenient if you are going to the airport as traffic in San Salvador can be bad.

Hotel.com send me a message my reservation didnt go thru and ask me to try again I did and end up had to reservations now hotel.com says the hotel didnt answer to get my refund couldnt get in contact by phone so I could canceled the other reservation so Im very unplease with that hotel and hotel.com for they dont care about the costumer just the money that will generate and will be the last time Ill use hotel.com

Did not speak Spanish, so I was very glad to receive great service in English. Convenient garage for parking. Loved the breakfast.
