This was our second stay with you. We will be back before long. What we liked most was the cleanliness and comfort. Thanks to all who work hard to make this happen.

I loved how clean and tidy this property was! Have you own car park so don’t have to worry about getting a park. Wish the driveway was a big bigger, was fine in my little car but if you had a big car would be quite hard.

Loved it and will come to stay again in the future

The staff were great and the room was clean and tidy. Only problem was the TV, i couldn't turn on as the remote was broken in half. I was all good as i was able to watch Netflix on my phone. Other then that i really enjoyed my stay and would return again.

Nice quiet location.

Beautiful setting and quiet. Only issue we had was no nonstick frying pan, no hot water at night in shower but had good hot water next morning but by that time didn't have time to take advantage of it. And would have liked to have had an ice machine or ice cubes in freezer however freezer did not freeze our ice packs over night so could not have made ice even if we had a tray

The Spa bath was small and there was no Sky at the property

Magnificent setting in parklike grounds. Staff superb, went over and above to make our stay fabulous. Great parking. Tranquil and peaceful. Convenient to our venue. Clean and comfortable room with stunning outlook. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Convenient, quiet, comfort

Booked a place with Kitchen but got a kitchenette. Rainbow was so helpful and accommodating and changed things around with little fuss. Second stay here will use again without doubt.

This was a lovely place for a relaxing break away. I should have asked for help regarding how to operate the TV, but usually managed it somehow!

LIKE : Easy parking, nice accommodation and quiet DISLIKE: Wasn't too bad. There was no one at the reception when I arrived. Saw message on door to pick up phone handset but i couldn't get through. Had to wait a while for him to turn up.

Pleasant surroundings and great service

As I drove up to check in I thought I was on the set of Fresh prince of Bel Air and that I was in the wrong place. Where had Google maps brought me to? But I was in the right place. I was greeted by lovely staff and instantly made me feel like I was at home. I had arrived to do some charity work at Brewtown that week and had towed my massive BBQ up on a trailer which they were able to accommodate. It was perfect distance from the motel and everything I needed was so close. The ferry at this time had played havoc and I was left stranded in the north island for an extra 4 days. I explained to them my predicament and even though they were fully booked, arranged something for me and was able to stay on. The room was perfect for what I needed and even when internet went down all around wellington they were able to give me mobile Wi-Fi and set me back up for work 15mins later. The shower was hot and powerful, needed after stoking fires and sweating all day. Would I come back? Absolutely. I had an amazing experience here and definitely recommend if you are up that way. Very nice place to spend a couple of nights in Upper Hutt

The room is a little dated but it’s very clean and comfortable. The bed in particular was super comfy and the shower had amazing water pressure! We arrived as a wedding party was arriving and I got a bit lost, but the owner came over to my car, checked me in then and there was super friendly! To save me having to get back to reception a staff member brought my key to me!

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful grounds. Close to the centre of town.
