The night staff guy was super friendly and helpful even though it was late when we arrived. Next morning when we checked out, he was there to greet us a safe trip. He was wonderful!!

Second stay at this hotel with my family and my dog. Wasn't bad service is great clean room Period no complaints here

Carpets throughout including elevators were dirty and the whole hotel had an unclean odor. AC/fan barely worked, issues with bedside lamp. Unable to plug in medical device. Bed was very uncomfortably hard. Would not stay here again.

Our first assigned room, we couldn’t adjust the temp on the heating/cooling unit, so we were given a different room. Only then did we realize that the temp control was on the wall, not on the AC unit itself. The insert covering those controls had been missing. The front desk staff was accommodating , albeit a bit curt about it. She could’ve eliminated the need to change rooms by simply making sure we knew the controls were on the wall. We were looking forward to some time in the hot tub, but the floor of it was full of sand and not tempting at all. The room had some general disrepair to it, nothing severe but a touch uninviting. The hallway carpeting showed its age. Breakfast was excellent. A big step above the typical hotel breakfast.

I don’t know if it was because we had our dog with us but our room’s bathroom was in quite a state of disrepair. Wallpaper cut and hanging off, the back of the bathroom door was ruined with water, areas of the trim were missing or broken. We paid a deposit for our dog just like everyone else so I don’t know why this would have put us in a less nice room. I brought a picture to the front desk of the wallpaper to be sure we weren’t charged for it and she flatly said they knew about it. Not super friendly or helpful. I was also surprised there was no bottle filling water fountain, as you find these in almost all buildings now. The tap water tasted fine but filling from a water fountain or the bathroom faucet wasn’t my favorite. The hot tub was a lukewarm bath at best and had sand all at the bottom. On the bright side the woman holding down the breakfast fort was a delight. She was so kind to my kids, pleasant, accommodating, and went out of her way to make sure breakfast was wonderful for my kids when the waffle iron really wasn’t working well. Overall I feel like this hotel is due for some upgrades to bring it to the same level as other Hampton Inns where we have stayed and to warrant the price.

Everything was ready for me when I arrived. Breakfast started at 6am which was great when most of the time hotels start breakfast at 7am on the weekend.

Found out after it already booked that there wasn't ANy rooms that weren't dog rooms. Even though I am allergic we went to check the room in hopes it would be decent but the hall had the smell of a dairy barn that I remember from my childhood. The elevator carpet was the worst I have ever seen. The room was small and felt dingy.. The bathroom need repairs. Just seemed shabby. I'm assuming the good ratings from this hotel are from dog owners and they are happy with the dog biscuits on the counter. Not all pet owners are amazing and deworm, detick, descabie, deflea their pets and get their shots . We left the room even though we had to pay for it anyway and went across the road to another motel. They only allowed dogs in a section not the whole motel. I didn't want to spend the night in a kennel. If you have dogs this is the place for you although I've never understood why responsible pet owner would expose their dog to so many things that are bad for their health.They are less stressed at home with a sitter.

I was on a cross country drive and just wanted to get off the road after making it through Wyoming so Sidney was the place. I checked in and headed next door to Applebee's and when I returned my room was cozy and comfy and I had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good in the morning and then I was wished a safe journey by the front desk staff. Everything was clean and quiet and convenient.

Very nice room, clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Pathetic breakfast bar; limited selections (compared to other Hampton Inns), stuff out of stock and/or cold and congealed. A 2out of 10. The big downer was the bedding. Overly heavy blanket and very soft, unsupportive pillows. Could not get comfortable and slept poorly, woke up sore. I expect better from Hampton

All around great stay no issues whatsoever

Quick and easy checkin, restaurant & gas station next door, Walmart across the street. This location is definitely on our list of places to stay when we travel cross country

Easy to find, quiet, clean.

It was great. Pools a little ugly and looked dirty and hot tub hasn't worked twice. The management is nice and friendly. It has been clean. It's quiet even though it's right by the freeway. I love it. Workout room is clean. Breakfast is pretty good!

The young man at the desk on arrival was cordial and efficient and went above and beyond when he had to reprogram my door lock !

It was ok, but the shower head needs to be replaced as it was very corroded or dirty, I don’t know which.

Stains on furniture and shower showing deterioration. Mattress not comfortable. Location great. Service especially front desk was wonderful, kind, joyful. They were great. Breakfast as expected, coffee was good. Location quiet

The room was comfortable although the bathroom floor needed mopped as it felt sticky. We waited more than 15 minutes for the front desk attendant. The breakfast was standard fare minus any yogurt.

The hotel is clean. The service is good. The beds are hard as a rock. It’s like sleeping on the floor. This was in a queen room. The breakfast was ok.
