You pay a lot for an average hotel. The front desk at check in was the least friendly person I’ve met at a hotel.

Great stay!

Suite wasn’t available. I had to convince them to give me two smaller rooms in exchange for the suite I was supposed to have. I don’t understand why they reserve rooms they don’t have.

Did not find the pair of a previous occupant’s socks in the bottom of the closet to be amusing. There was literally nothing available on the breakfast buffet except apples that met the criteria of my pre-surgical diet. Other fruit options would be appreciated. This property just didn’t seem up to the high standards I am used to at Fairfield.

Good points: comfortable beds, pleasant staff, good breakfast, good hot tub. Needs improvement: some of the sheets and towels were very threadbare, we could only have 1 hand towel, musty smell in room, fee for parking that was not noted at check- in. Also, towel rack in bathroom needed repairs. We stayed 5 nights and were only able to schedule 2 room cleanings.

Always enjoy staying at the Marriott. However, this day when we walked into our room, we were hit with a very strong pet odor. I wish for hotels that allow pets they would give us the option of room that has pets opposed to a room that they don’t have pets in so we ended up having to change room so thanks to the assistant manager for getting a squared away. And this hotel is right by the interstate so lots of noisy trucks going back-and-forth all night so it is not quiet, but it’s a nice day.

We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool and the pool ended up being closed for seasonal maintenance and that was not dis loser on the site. They also have windows that open on the 2nd floor and there screen is barely secured on and someone can fall out. We traveled with 2 Autisic children (ages 2 &3) so that was very dangerous. Would not stay there again

Our stay was great. We don’t “vacation” and hadn’t been on a family vacation since 2016. Needed to not feel like I made a bad decision in choosing this hotel and I didn’t. Clean, safe and affordable. Staff were so nice as were some of the other guests in the elevator. Liked how close we were to downtown Harrisburg without being in a crowded area.

Room wreaked of cat urine. The roll out couch is a TWIN!!!!! We are a party of 6. No cots available at this location. Shower head that’s supposed to be “accessibility friendly” didn’t even work! Tissue box empty when we entered. Would never go back.

The only good thing about this place is the breakfast. I got stuck in the room next to the boiler room and had loud noise all night every couple minutes. The pool was ice cool, tiny and dingy looking. The room was ok but beat up looking. For being the most expensive hotel in that general arena it definitely wasn't worth it. I don't know why this place has good ratings but they fooled me. Ive been a member of expedia for ten plus years now and this seems to happen every time i use them. It seems like they give expedia members the worst rooms they got. Ive decided to cancel my membership and book directly with hotels in the future. The couple bucks you save isn't worth the crap rooms they give you. I paid 127 a night when all the neighboring hotels were 80-90 and i think i over paid buy a hundred. To each his own but Im done.

No complaints about hotel and staff. However, there was a horrible smell in the vicinity of the hotel from nearby water treatment plant that seeped into rooms. Was so bad we could not take our nightly walk. Front desk told us much worse in sumner. Would never stay here again because of.

front desk turned off the phone so he didnt have to deal with customers. i drove the whole way in, to find the front desk sitting comfortably watching tv. i will never stay at this location ever again.

Easy parking for towing a trailer. Musty smell in lobby area and doors stick. Room was spacious. Bed was firm which is to our liking. Coffee was good, not weak like most places.

The General manager was very helpful and accommodating as well as the staff. Staff was very friendly.

Property way too noisy for us. Not staying there again. Evening personal not the friendliest

Our room had a damp mildew smell as if the carpets where just cleaned. The staff were very nice and friendly. We stayed for three nights and breakfast was the same. I suggest they switch it up. They have two waffle makers which worked great, but then the eggs and sausage all three mornings could have been cooked longer and definitely need to offer other options... I would rate the stay as just okay for the value.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Only issue was the faucet was very hard to turn on. Loved having shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Wonderful breakfast.

Staff was inexperienced and had no accountability for errors made during check-in and check-out. I was very displeased with the condition and location of my room. Will not be staying there again

Good stay. Front desk was very friendly. Room did not have clean sheets for pull out bed, but got them from the front desk. Pool was very small and unappealing. Otherwise, nice experience.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Fairfield Inn in New Cumberland, PA. The staff was very friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we encountered was a shower drain that would not stay open. When I mentioned it at check out, the clerk was very apologetic and wrote down the concern to have it corrected. We would stay there again.
