The bed was most uncomfortable!

The elevator in the main building was broken, so they put us in the second building, in the room right beside the road, which the door latch was broken, the windows didnt even lock, homeless people have broken into rooms here in the past, which the clerk has stated himself. Two homeless people came and kncoked on our door, which i had to tell them to leave. Not in a nice way. Please stay away from this property, it is not safe with young children, my wife would not go outside unless i was with her.. worstplace i had ever stayed..

I truly am a pretty understanding and easy going person but this hotel was really awful. Like...someone should call health and safety on this place and shut it down.
The entire building smelled like mould and cigarettes. The carpet, bathroom, walls and chair were all stained and definitely not clean. There was electrical wiring on the roof not up to code, the smoke detector was missing, the latch on the door was broken. The elevator and the pool were both out of order.
The lady at the desk checking us in DOWNGRADED our rooms promising a discount when we checked out in the morning. So we agreed but did not receive one because it was booked through a 3rd party.
Honestly I would have rather slept in my car. Don't stay here. I'm still worried I might have bed bugs or something...

Staff friendly. Hotel old and dated but clean. Room 125 right beside air conditioner so noisy all night. Looked out in daylight to numerous pigeons around noisy air conditioner. Breakfast room clean and everything packaged and clean. Parking is limited and not much room to get in and out.

TV receiver did not work, couldn’t regulate room temperature so it was cold, and taps were leaking. Staff responded very quickly to fix TV receiver. The staff at the front desk was excellent.

The outside was dirty and unkempt. The inside smelled old and musty. The bathroom was very run down. The beds were so close to the walls you couldnt walk around them. Outside our window was a huge fan that ran all night ad was super noisy. We would not recommend 😒

The staff was outstanding, especially Chris. The hotel was worn, but spotless. The breakfast offered lots of options. We were given a fan to help cool the room.There were a few inconveniences (no elevator, pool out of order, spotty air conditioner) but for one night, overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel was the filthiest I have ever seen. The bathroom had old used soap and a rotten sponge in the tub. The sinks had not been cleaned and the taps were filthy. The elevator and pool were both out of service. I was unable to remain here and given the state of disrepair, the front desk cancelled my stay as per my request and did not charge me. For that I am truly grateful.

I was shocked that the Wyndham brand was on such a dump! I did not stay there, which cost me my 100$ pmt. The door locks did not work. Drug/drunks lurking. I did not really check cleanliness but the smell of smoke was evident. I am an 81 year old woman traveling alone and was afraid in that environment. I did try to cancel but was told by Expedia that it was not possible because it was after checkin time. How could I know the place was unacceptable before I saw it.

The property is in proximity to a group of un housed individuals. On arrival many people were wandering around the parking lot near the entry. Inside the building smelled musty and stale. The elevator was not functioning. Our room had not been cleaned or the beds made up prior to check in. We returned to the lobby and explained that this was unsatisfactory. The lobby staff was very friendly and asked if we wished to cancel our reservation. We did. We were not charged for the room. This was a terrible building in a terrible area. I would never recommend this as a place to stay.

Dirty lobby, smelly hallways and rooms, elevator not working and we had to lug our luggage up 4 flights of stairs, blood on the sheets, pillows similar to a concrete block, terrible beds, TV not working, shower was disgusting etc etc

Friendly staff, pool and elevator out of order, the area is not best and cleanest which is out of their control. The room wasn't clean during the two week stay and they attempted to on the 10th day. However working nights I was asleep. Better services like actual kitchen and working amenities would be recommended

Hotel is run down, dirty and smelled horrible. Broken elevator ao one is forced to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to room. Parking is terrible, angled spots prevents cars from entering and exiting lot safely. Ao many many more bad things. I will never stay here again. Horrible experience.

We were not told about the elevator not working and had prebooked and not eligible for a refund. We had to carry all our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. We are 74 years old.
Also, the arm chair and footstool were absolutely filthy.
Otherwise our room was satisfactory. Breakfast was good, but my shoes stuck to the tile floor in the area.

We came from LA Crete Alberta wanted a restful, but wasn't to be. As there was no heating in the rooms, no hot water for washing and bathing. So I would consider this not a very pleasant experience. I had 2 rooms reserved and both rooms were the same. Room 119 and room 102

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It's completely unsafe with broken lock. Sealing is leaking. Very old building with no renovations. Extremely noisy and dirty environment. Breakfast fast terrible with just some muffins and some cold stuff in the fridge. Will never choose Travel lodge

This hotel definitely does not care too much about standards. The elevator was out of order, as was the pool. The air conditioning in the room did not work. The bathroom door didnt shut. The breskfast was typical continental breakfast
You can see dirt buildup in the corners of the room, the bathroom vent didnt work, but was so covered in dust and filth. I felt gross and unclean
