Beautiful property. A bit pricey but very peaceful and quite if that's what your looking for. Climbing the hill to get in and out is a bit annoying but other than that everything was great. Awesome staff and service, plus the rooms are amazing.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel! May have been in the past, possibly before Covid, but many things in disrepair. No phone in the room for room service or even to talk to the front desk. No hand towels. Many things in disrepair, including pool deck and chairs. Had to wait 20 min for hot water every time we wanted to shower. Placed towel on the floor, meaning I needed a new one and housekeeping picked it up and placed back on the towel hook. Reception not open 24/7, so when people had music on their balcony at 6am was not able to report it. Location wise, also not ideal. Nothing near the hotel to eat, everything at least a 20 min walk to a restaurant. Overall, unless just looking for a place to crash after the full moon party, would not stay here again.

A bit overpriced for what you get. Resort was not well kept because it was low season, staff came to work late and couldn’t get breakfast early.

Just amazing! Great value for money. The pictures you see are real. I just hope the prices will not be increased by the hotel.Can’t wait to come back again. The room we got was terrible, we had to change room 4 times untill the manager decided to upgrade us to better room, the water were never warm enough for shower, the smell was horrible, the room was dark even when all the lights were on. The hotel manager Eang was very antipathetic. Unrecommended hotel.

I loved that they gave you a late-night snack every night. And I loved that it was so well-cleaned in the rooms. Great service overall. I totally recommend. Best hotel I´ve been to ever.

Very good experience. If you are looking for a secluded and peaceful place environment, this is the place. But keep in mind that the place is very much away from busy places.My daughter was injured in an accident and hotel staff really helped me to take her to hospital immediately. Thanks you !!

Staff was attentive and informative. Property cleanliness and elegance is unmatched with others in the area. Great restaurant, pool, and endless choices of loungers. Rooms were large and spacious. Staff pays attention to the little things like turn down service and good night notes paired with a sweet treat. Room was always cleaned with towel changes each day. I would stay here again!!!

Most recommend resort in Koh Pha Ngan, amazing staff that will go above and beyond to please you and will do it with a big smile , the resort is clean and esthetic, been taking care of all day, from gardening to cleaning crew, the room was super pampering and comfort, the waiters are professional and welcoming, plus you get the best Pad -Thai at their restaurant, for sure we were lucky to stay there. Worth been a 15 min ride away from Haad-rin downtown!

Can't really say much more to be fair.Only bad thing I can say We complained about our TV being fuzzy and unwatchable. They changed it straight away but for a another fuzzy one. But to be honest we didn't watch it. So was a minor on a really amazing stay.

Chantaramas was a gift from the heavens! After vacating our previously-reserved hotel because it turned out to be a nightmare, we were desperate to find something suitable nearby. Luckily, we happened upon Chantaramas Resort and our vacation was saved. From the moment you walk up, the entire site is designed to be as pleasing as possible, with super friendly staff there to reinforce the loveliness. Our room was spacious, clean, and elegant. The bathrooms are luxuriously giant - a separate toilet, shower, and giant soaking tub (large enough for 2!). The amenities at the hotel simply can't be outdone - a gorgeous infinity pool with a swim-up bar, multiple areas and surfaces to lay out on, a delicious restaurant with extremely fair prices, a warm peaceful beach cove perfect for wading around in. The front desk staff was always available to call us a ride, give us recommendations, make change, or answer any of our questions. There isn't much within walking distance, but taxis are plentiful and highly affordable to the nearby attractions. The air conditioner in the room could've been a bit more powerful, and the breakfast buffet leaves something to be desired. However, for the price, this place was an absolute unexpected gem and I'm so glad we found it. We couldn't have been happier with our time here!

Pool and garden are very neat. Rooms offer a lot of space. We had some stains on the sheets and towels. After reporting to staff, towels and and sheets were still not perfectly clean. One would expect different from a 4 star hotel in this price category. However, staff is very friendly and resort offers a great pool and restaurant area. Would book again.

I was staying in Bottle Beach for 4 days. Unfortunately, Pabuk storm hit Koh Phangan. My partner and I had to move. We chose this place thinking it was safe, but it was not. Thai authorities issued a warning to stay off the beach. They knew at the time I booked, but did not disclsef it. I asked for a refund twice as we could not stay, they ignored me. Bottom line, go somewhere else where they care about you and your safety; not only your money. There are plenty if places nearby that are as good or better, and have an ethical behavior. Stay away from here if you can.

This was booked as a birthday present for my girlfriend as something special as we’ve been staying in hostels while travelling and it didn’t disappoint in the slightest. I booked the taxi to meet us at the pier and they we very kind to give us a cold towel and cold bottle of water as soon as we were in the car. The service from Tea and his team for the 3 nights we stayed there was exceptional, and they even put decorations in our room while we were out to surprise the Mrs. I cannot recommend this place enough, nothing is too much trouble and the resort itself is beautiful. Rooms are huge and the mini bar and snacks are very responsibly priced and there was even free mosquito repellent! Would stay here again without hesitation!

a beautiful hotel right on the beach front! The rooms were big and amazingly decorated the bathroom was great! We ate at the hotel once and the food was lovely also! Great location if your trip is based around attending the half moon party as this is just up the road and the hotel offers a taxi service. The closest shop is about 10/15 walk from the hotel otherwise it is a short taxi journey into the surrounding areas. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

My bf and I really enjoyed our stay- so much that we extended our stay. The food was good and we did not get sick of having almost all our meals there for 3 days. The staff were very friendly, particularly 1) a lady at the reception (morning shift) who suggested tours for us and made bookings for us; and 2) the evening shift restaurant team who looked out for my bf and I when we went kayaking and did not return until after sunset and they played very funny Thai movies during dinner so that we can experience Thai culture. We tried the massage at the resort and the foot massage was great. I highly recommend this resort!

The resort is nice and quite. But, the service is not as it should be and more typical for a 2* hotel. There are better choices...
