Very good location Hotel average on all specs.

Very nice hotel. The only problem was I had difficulty in getting in to the bath, and the floor of the bath was very slippery. Have a knee problem and it was not safe. I asked for a rubber slip mat, but there wasn’t one available.

Hotel is right in the center of town

Friendly staff. Room was fine. Good breakfast. Evening food limited but acceptable. It's so close to many eating places in city centre that they would be pressed to offer more.

My room had two dirty cups in it and the toilet floor was dirty. When I looked for the receptionist he was nowhere to be seen - I had to ask a kitchen man for two clean cups. I was then really worried about the cleanliness of the whole room

Was pleasantly surprised but just how nice this hotel was. We had a lovely big room with a nice view. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast had lots of options.

Good hotel modern for Gouda. Good modern rooms that were air-coned and quiet. Walkable to sights and restaurants. Easy parking.

Never received the invoice for the tax. At lobby they committed te email the invoice. They later send a message through the Hotels.com app for check-in but no invoices. After several requests never answered….. Not serious for business travel….

I stayed in the suite and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and very helpful - excellent service. Hotel was easy to walk to from the train station.

When in Gouda, I always enjoy staying at the Best Western. It is the best hotel in the area.

The property was great, good location to town center and the train station. Staff were friendly and the lounge was a lot of fun. Room was typical European size but adequate for what I needed. My only complaint was the WiFi and that was my only connection to back home and there were 2 out of 5 nights where I had no signal at all. Very frustrating.

Two night stay taking in the sights of Gouda and Delft .. nice location and overall quiet in spite of being in town. Only complaints were that the room wifi was weak (front desk said they were working on it) and it seemed odd that they stopped the free coffee in reception at 12 noon. Yes we had coffee pot and fixings in the room, but would have been nice to have a fancy coffee like cappuccino before bed. We stayed at Best Western in Groningen and there the machine was available 24 hours

Excellent customer service, very good location, 10 minutes walk to train station, 5 minutes walk to old town center.

Very good stay in a lovely hotel that is within easy walking distance from the town centre and the train station. Gouda has got a range of lovely buildings and as it is celebrating 750 yrs we also managed to see the famous Glazen van Gouda in the St Jans church.

The property was within walking distance of the train station and walking distance of the lovely town center. The room was clean and quiet.

Nice check in person. Great room. Large and creatively designed. Good location for bicycles. Close to center of community.

It works fine to park on the street ditintills the night, 21.00-09.00 bit they are very keen sell their own parking lot..

A great few days in the city of Gouda. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was easy and convenient. A few little issues with the restocking of things in the room were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The hotel is located a short walk from the market square in a convenient quiet location. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice modern hotel, very nice staff

Beds are absolutely terrible. Cleaning of the room is terrible. They leave the dirty towels and sheets even when you lay them on the floor.

Nice enough hotel.

The hotel reception said that what Expedia sold me does not match the room (Expedia: executive room with double sofa bed) however hotel provided a single sofa bed. The reception said they don’t care about what Expedia requests. This is disappointing because we go to the hotel arriving 9 pm with an expectation and it is very difficult to change it at that time. I would expect Expedia to quote what the hotel provides rather than what they might provide. In general hotel was clean. Breakfast was poor. They didn’t cook the type of eggs I wanted. They didn’t make cappuccino. They had coffee machine which made bad coffee. They had good choices of cheese. Reception gave us 3 room keys one of them didn’t work. They didn’t give us the usual info the reception gives like breakfast time, on site facilities. I asked the reception whether there are good restaurants around. She said they are all closing at 22:00. We ourselves found a very good and Unique restaurant which served until midnight
