Not very clean and safe

Lovely quaint 1950s build made to look much older. Beautiful gardens and most of the staff were very friendly. Restaurant and pool drink and food orders took up to 40 minutes, and every room has clear evidence of deterioration. The pool is large not too deep and a perfect temperature. Rooms are very plain with no coffee tea service. I would stay here again as Buga is an amazing city!

I liked the hotel installations and also the friendly staff Breakfast pretty good My only suggestion is to renew mattresses, not comfy

A very classic hotel with great food, excellent service, and, the best part, within walking distance of the attractions.

Located close to areas of interest. Easy check in. Spacious rooms and beautiful pool for the kids

The hotel is within walking distance of everything in Buga and the staff was amazing. The furniture and air conditioning do need to be updated though.

Everyone was very pleasant, and willing to help. Breakfast was great, it is a great place to stay when visiting Buga. We will definitely be back.

Ive been to hundreds of hotels in the world. This hotel is not a fine hotel. It is old and in dire need of repairs. I told the staff I have a respiratory problem and MUST have a working a/c. My first room had NO a/c. A while later, they had me walking around the hotel with them late at night checking rooms to see if the ac worked. Most did not. It was way after midnight; we finally found one, but there was no wifi. I must have wifi for my company to be able to contact me.They finally found a room with a/c about 2:00AM, but again, no wifi. They then found another room with wifi, but no a/c. Even they admitted it was screwed up, so they finally had to give me 2 rooms near each other, one for a/c and one for wifi. Its pathetic. The next day I was not at the hotel but had 2 more days reserved with them the following days. Needles to say I thought it best not to return, but the promises made to me that theyd have a perfect room for me on my return, led me to believe them, so I returned. What a mistake. It was not only a lie, there only one room with a/c after doing the same walking around the entire hotel together, but no wifi. A manager brings a router to the room, but still no wifi. Finally another manager admits the truth and tells me the router never works, but they dont want me to leave the hotel. All my time at this pathetic hotel was spent wandering the halls. They want the money and dont care about the guest. Finally they allowed me to leave!

Beautiful colonial architecture hotel. High ceilings, bright & airy rooms. Beautiful courtyards & gardens. Adequate accessibility for the elderly & individuals with with physical mobility limitations. Majority of rooms are located on the main floor with ramp access to most areas inside the building. It was a wonderful place for my grandmother & aunt. They absolutely loved it! The buffet breakfast includes a variety of food that is nicely prepared including fresh fruit & made to order egg station.

I shan’t to express my disappointment regarding: no lifts, very bad customer services .

its the nicest hotel in the area hands down. the staff is extremely nice and accomodating. the food is delcious and the drinks are refreshing. the only thing i was not pleased with was how dirty the pool patio and pergula is. it needs a good once over with a power washer.
