Nice romantic beach, nice resort and staff. Night time surrounding is too quiet, but is ok if you know how to drive.

We had a wonderfull stay at Buri Rasa with our 1.5 year son. The staff is great, no request is too crazy and they really go to all extends. The only bad thing is that we had to leave the hotel after a few days ;) We will definitely come back to this place. Special shoutout to Ava, Madam, Tae, Tom and all the other staff that made our stay truely great. Cheers Thomas and Elise Smit

We stayed for the third time in this accomodation. Loved the atmosphere and tranquility in this bay. Perfect for kids.

Nice hotel

This is a very nice resort on a very nice beach and I would give a high rating usually. During my stay there were a lot of families and excitable children who felt in necessary to scream, run and slam doors which unfortunately is very audible in the rooms. Sound proofing the rooms is required, I was attending online meetings and could not find a quiet spot even in the room.

Great staff, great food, great location.The staff was so helpful setting up day excursions and transport to and from their resort. A must stop if you are looking for a quiet family get away. Just one small detail that could have made it more convenient would be to have electrical outlets closer to the bed.

Quiet location on the beach. Little shops around the hotel. Not the place to stay if you want night life.

Nilesh and Lin went above and beyond to make sure we have a perfect stay at Buri Rasa. Their attention to details (transportation, where to go, food recommendation) and hospitality made us feel like home. It’s the people like Nilesh and Lin (and the spa manager with British accent - I forgot her name) who made a hotel successful. Highly recommended and we’d love to go back.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, everyone had a big smile and was on top of everything making sure you had the best time at Buri Rasa. All employees seemed very happy and you can tell the vote management does a good job training and taking care of their staff. Will be back!

Booked 3 nights for the family, rooms not so comfortable, average minus pool, poor breakfast - read so many reviews before i booked not sure what the big deal everyone gives high score such an average place. We canceled the last night and went to thong sala

I loved staying here it is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The staff were very friendly and helpful each of them knew our names and when we had arrived which made our stay even nicer. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The Guest Relations staff is second to none and I mean that! Banana, Lin, Sarah and the rest always have a smile on their faces. They make you feel like family. I will not stay anywhere else in Thong Nai Pan! The only negative is that they do not have private pool suites/villas and no bar at the pool.

This property was so perfect for our stay. Quiet, amazing and friendly staff, beautiful beaches. Food was top notch and had a ton of great selections.

The hotel is nice and the sea as well. Ours was not a good experience as the hotel was full of children and staying at the beach or reasturant was not that relaxing. We were told that it is Always like that so if you are a couple be aware of that …..

The staff were so friendly, especially Sarah Always talked with and asked us with care if we Needed anything. The location is steps away from the view page shopping area. The beach was few steps from our waterfront room.

We are amazed our stay in Buri Rasa. Location is a piece of heaven and they even making it a better experience with their style,comfort and services. One of the best places we have ever had a chance to stay!

We had a lovely welcome from staff and were happy with the interior of our room. We were disappointed with the pool as there was never any spare beds next to it and it was always full of noisy children which meant we couldn’t use it to get a good swim in. The sea was very wavy when we were there, so not being able to use the pool was an issue. We are a couple in our mid 30s and we felt like perhaps the area was a bit too “resort” based for us - we prefer something a little more natural - not rows and rows of sun beds. I was looking forward to visiting this beach after reading rave reviews. Sadly, I was left disappointed as when we went for our first walk along the beach I was shocked at how much plastic litter I saw :( perhaps this was because the sea was particularly choppy that week, but either way, I was disappointed that the resorts hadn’t taken it upon themselves to pick it up. I ended up going for a walk and managed to fill a big bag with litter and take it to the hotel receptionist who then discarded it for me. Having said all that - the staff were so lovely and friendly and the service was great. Just not our cup of tea in general. We ended up staying on the west of Koh Phangan which we loved.

Beautiful hotel. We paid for an expensive room knowing it was beachfront. Turns out we got room number 9. Which was not as good as shown online. Online seems like you are first line on beachfront but in reality there are 2 rows of chairs in front of you and a huge sign with warnings. The Kiaks are right by room 9 so you get more noise and you might get wet while sitting on your chair. The hotel is beautiful, staff is very welcoming and Kie and Gift at the spa are amazing. Our friends were there with us they got a regular room which was worth the price. Room 9 beachfront was a bit disappointing for the high price we paid.

the hotel is great right next to the fisherman village, superb room(the big ones) facilities and very friendly stuff. the area is more quiet than chaweng beach but it have all the necessary entertainment.

We had a beach front room and due to the storm the staff where happy to move us to a higher level room, they helped with booking our ferry and even came back to pick us up when the first one was cancelled. Weather was terrible, service and people working at this resort are brilliant.

Great location, rooms and good service with a few exceptions. Food was subpar - especially Christmas Eve celebration. Breakfast was also not note worthy. A lot of families with young children, better suited for them than couples

This was just amazingly perfect. Perfect if you want peace and total relaxation. The bathroom is just beautiful and clean. It is as advertised. We booked 1 room and ended up staying one more night. I wanted to stay longer.The rooms are great. Someone even comes in to prepare your room at night.(closing curtains/spraying for mosquitos). They even leave you small notes. The beach bar is amazing. The beach itself is just perfect. It rained during our stay, but we could still sit out and look at the waves. Breakfast was good. I will definitely go there again.

Amazing. The staff is incredible, very helpful speak English. We had a wonderful time. If you are looking for quiet and relaxation this is the place. There are also nice local places to eat near by. There was only one problem, mosquitos.
