We had to ask someone to come in and change the batteries for the smoke alarm that was going off.
And I had asked twice on the phone if we could get a hair dryer. Being told no each time. I physically went to the office to show the clerk the room was supposed to have a hair dryer. Then he got up and got me one.
Cleaning staff should have known the dryer was missing and I should not have had to physically went to the office.
We won’t be staying there again. The first couple of times were nice this time not happy at all

We were on the second floor and could hear everything from the rooms around us. The upstairs neighbor was very loud. Pool and hot tub closed way too early. The carpet made our feet black. The coffee was good

I really enjoy this property because of how close it is to everything in Ketchum. The rooms are nice and clean, with lovely chairs to sit out on the patios or in the yard area.

Spacious room with high ceilings on 3rd floor . Lots of light. Decent bathroom. Good bed and linens but over all hotel felt worn out. They accept pets, and have no designated pet free rooms.

Super awesome location. Rooms are comfortable and have been renovated nicely. Love the fireplace in the room. Ran out of hot water pretty quickly and the there is a little bit of road noise but other that that it's a cool place to stay.
