Room was clean and smelled ok, only 2 issues; comforter had burn holes on it and should had been replaced and the hot tub water pressure was terrible especially at 5am, it took over 25 mins to properly fill in order to turn the jets on.

Staff was very unpolite,room had a foul smell,cold and very dirty. Sheets seemed like they never been changed ever.

Clean room on entry with reasonably appointed furnishings. Reeked of cigarette smoke. The bed made an immense metal screeching sound every time I moved. Every step in the room above sounded like a boom, particularly at 1:30 and 6:00 am. Kids crying all night in rooms upstairs amd down the hall woke me 10 times. Memorable.

Lipstick on a pig condition. Did not get the room a paid for. Got a non smoking double, paid fir a smoking king bed.. seems like a lot of “long term” tenants.

You may think "Oh those people who have bad reviews just had bad luck." No. This is awful. Asked for non smoking but hit a wall of smoke the second we stepped in. 3 or 4 flies buzzing around. The TV does not work. It turns on not has no connection. There's no relief from the smoke as the windows do not open.. The door knob just came off the bathroom door.

There was only one problem but that problem really did make a difference. Everything was great for the price and I thought I got an amazing deal - until the cockroach infestation in the bathroom came out. Couldn’t sleep all night because every time I would look at the wall another cockroach would be there. I can tell it’s an infestation because I killed everything from baby cockroaches to full grown ones and they kept coming. At one point during the night I walked into the bathroom and counted about 6 of them out at once. Had to keep all the lights on all night so I could see any bugs coming my way and to also scare them from roaming around. Would have given 5 stars if I was able to actually sleep instead of being on cockroach watch.

Looks nice on the outside, room appeared to have newer paint on the walls, ceilings were stained. This facility has smoking and non smoking rooms. Nicotine stains? Would not stay again.

I booked a non smoking room on line and upon arrival non was available. Checked room any way and room had bugs on floor. I refused to stay.

I never write reviews but this place was down right gross. Roches all over the place, shower leaked and sprayed the wall and the sink drained very slowly. Generally felt dirty even after taking a shower. Very loud both during the day and during the night. Always double checking to make sure car was locked and room door was locked.

Disgusting dump. There were roaches all over the room, rats ran in and out from under the doors. Mold everywhere and trash under furniture. Towels were stained and dirty, told the owner about the issues and she laughed at us. Absolutely disgusted.

The neighborhood is scary and very loud with people panhandling and approaching you when you try to enter you room since each room enters from the outside. They changed my reservation from non smoking to smoking and one of the two rooms from 2 queen to one king which was very inconvenient with 2 adults not dating nor related. And the front staff didn’t think anything was wrong with any of this. Unfortunately being from out of state and there for a graduation, we had no choice. Will never visit this motel again.

The room wasn’t bad for a cheap motel, but was sparsely furnished, and there were no hangers on the clothes rod. The door is a bit drafty, which could be a problem in cold weather. I didn’t mind spending a night there, but can’t really recommend the place.

The room was clean. It's an older building that's a little rundown and our room was a little cramped with two king size beds in it but it was fine. It was the only hotel in the area that we could find that has rooms you can still smoke in. I would recommend it for the price if you just looking for a place to stay overnight. The staff is very attentive and helpful.
