Quiet, very comfortable beds and pillows. Easy access to hotel

Everything was really nice. Staff was very friendly. First time I have ever tipped the person at the desk because he was the best.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room size and setup was perfect. The bathroom was very nice. The room itself had very poor lighting, the lampshades were yellowing and shade frames were crooked, and the blackout window shade had huge orange stains all over it. The tv didn’t have a guide of any sort, not even a laminated card to tell what channels belonged to what network.

The stay didnt happen. You screwed up the reservation and i wasnt able to check in. I had to go to a different hotel and pay to stay there. I want my money back.

Check-in was fine. No issues, but the man talked fast and was a little difficult to understand with his accent. The room was nice and seemed clean. The bed was comfortable. The gym needs a little attention. One of the 10-lb dumbbells is missing, the weight machine doesn’t have all its parts and the cable sheathing is worn in places. However, the Towels, wipes, and water dispenser were nice to have.

The guy at check in was not friendly at all, the room smelled horrible. The whole hotel had an awful smell really. Would not stay there again.

The evening man working the front desk was not very helpful. The bed closest to bathroom had a terrible mattress. The hotel decor looked tired and worn. Not sure we will stay there again.

I realy thought it woild be a much nicer place for a hampton. Wont go back, i will find a nice place next twim in 2 weeks when we return.

The property was very nice, clean and easily accessed. The staff were efficient and knowledgeable. My only issue was a smell in the hallway and by the pool. Smelled like someone was cooking cabbage. May have been from the construction across the street, but it was fairly strong. Staff agreed to look into it.

We stayed here as a quick stop on a longer family road trip. Hotel was clean and comfortable - not fancy, but I would easily stay there again. Breakfast was included and was pretty good.

Pool was closed, which was disappointing. That's the 3rd hotel on our road trip that has had the pool closed. They should refund some of your money when that happens. However, this was the nicest and cleanest hotel of the 4 we have stayed in so far on this trip.

Two issues, first was with the shower, it was in a tub with a rubber non-slip mat and the grab bar was not in a good place. Second, in this day and age tall toilets should be a requirement. At minimum a grab bar should be provided. Sitting on a low toilet with arthritic knees is like sitting on the floor.

Upon entry to the room, I noticed the bathroom floor had not been cleaned. The AC kept me up all night. There was some kind of plastic rattling sound every time the AC turned on, at 2 o’clock in the morning somebody was knocking on the doors therefore my sleep pattern was disturbed on a consistent basis. The final straw was at 6:11 a.m. on a Saturday morning, after getting no sleep the alarm went off which I did not set, all in all, I probably got an hour of sleep, overall, the experience was not what I expected from the Hampton Inn.

The room was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff was horribly rude, except for the man cleaning the 2nd floor this morning. The man that checked us in at least spoke to us. The woman that was there this morning just stood behind the counter. Didnt speak to anyone. Didn't smile and avoided eye contact. Its like she was mad she was at work. My husband handed her our keys and said here you are, thank you. She just took the room keys and turned her back to him. Very rude.

The building needs some modern upgrades. The room was clean. The traffic from the highway was loud, which also means it’s close to a lot of restaurants. The breakfast was sufficient.

Check in was a little muddleds. My wife started the process without me. As I arrived it was clear that the counter clerk was ringing us up as a walk in. When i said no he immediately pulled up my preregistration paperwork. felt like he knew. from there he was brusk and rude yet efficient. coffee was cold, breakfast was uninspiring, in room coffee was awful. bed was hard as a rock. bathroom was wet.

The toilet in the room was broken. The AC/Heat didn't work well. Fruit flies around the fruit at breakfast. There was inclement weather and they didn't salt the parking lot at all. Tried to call the front desk multiple times to have the toilet fixed and no one answered.
