One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. Super comfortable and spacious. The hot tub was very nice. The town was right outside the main door- we walked to food and shops. Very cute town. We would definitely stay again!

This hotel seems newer but based on the room we stayed in its time for an update. The pillows were lumpy like they pulled them out of a college dorm room. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The door to the bathroom did not close. The tile in shower had mildew in lots of areas and also the grout was coming out. The water and water pressure were great. There was no recycling in the room. There is a small gated parking garage but fills up quickly so you have to drive around to an upper deck that is open to public with no gate or coverage. Overall the satff was nice. I did request new pillows which were deluvered but were just as bad.

The room was very comfortable. It had no view, but we came to spend time with family, so we really did not care.
We had pur towels changed out each day and the bedding was changed on our second day. It was quiet and testful, bed ver comfortable and everything clean. A very good stay.

Well mostly not satisfied because online it said there was a pool and hot tub, closed for renovations. Not disclosed, and we paid more for this hotel and further from our event because of the pool.
Then in the booking said pay separately for breakfast 5$, note on desk this morning said it was 15$

Our family enjoy Hilton Garden inns, this hotel is undergoing renovations, it’s in the middle of downtown Ogden, it sides to main streets and the car traffic noise is very loud. I had to sleep with my ear buds, with music and a pillow on top of my head in order to sleep. I got very little sleep after a 14 hour car drive from WA. Staff agreed it to be noisy and offered ear plugs. I would never stay there again. That morning I had another 9.5 hour drive and had a terrible headache.

Anniversary Weekend and it was even better by the amazing staff—each and everyone! Lobby was under construction and will be tremendous once completed. It did not take away from any part of our stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, topped again only by the staff!

Service was fantastic but our window view was a wall so couldn't see anything. The pillows even with 3 equated to half of one. The room though was quiet and cozy it was a handicapped room whoch was nice because it was spacious. Other than the couple downsides, a good visit for 1 night.

The room was the noisiest room we have ever stayed in. We arrived at 9pm after being on the road for over 12 hours. There were motorcycles racing down the road constantly from 10 pm when we tried to go to bed until after 1 am when we gave up and checked out of the room. The front desk person just said “it can be loud downtown” will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

I really like the staff.They were very courteous and friendly.I didn't like like the noise at night. The car driving up and down Washington Ave went on until 2am.Also the bar downstairs was not staffed with a permanent person so you had to wait a long time to get another beer! The poor girl tried but she had to do two jobs. It wasn't her fault.I will not stay there again!

Hilton Garden Inn is probably the best Place to stay while in Ogden. However, cars and motorcycles cruise and gun their engines all night and into the morning along Washington Blvd Fridays and Saturdays making it impossible to sleep. Hilton should offer discounts at least for those nights for those rooms facing Washington Blvd.

I misread that there was free breakfast. The Hamptons we frrequent have terrific ones! Also, a few of the front desk people were a little snooty.

Even with the lights on, room seems dark in a non-cozy way. drawer wouldnt stay closed. Hall carpet has more wrinkles than a bag of prunes, and either needs to be replaced or re-laid. Three wheeled cars hard to manage and almost couldnt make the gap in and out of the elevator.

Horrible condition. The final straw was the bathroom with stains on the walls. It's as if maintenance doesn't exist. The drapery was hanging off the hooks, the sheer curtains were completely missing and the motor on the blackout drapes to open and close didn't even work. The furniture was stained, the carpet was frayed and the cable box was just hanging on the wall from under the TV. We gave the property an opportunity to make it right as if we possibly just had been dealt a bad room, but they said they were unable to move our room because we'd booked through Hotels.com. We decided it was bad enough that we left and found a much better room for the night at a different hotel.

The hotel room was very dirty. The furniture and floors were filthy with stains. The couch still had crumbs on it from whoever was there last and when I pulled the sheets back on the bed there was a clump of hair in the bed. The walls in the bathroom were also very dirty and stained. The hotel receptionist was nice and offered a new room but we needed the space of the suite that we rented and it was the only one available. They offered new bedding and sheets to cover the furniture. The staff were definitely friendly and probably as accommodating as they could have been.

Staff was kind and courteous, loved them. The room we stayed in #204, was kinda dirty. I noticed dust and food crumbs between the bed and the wall. These should have been cleaned up by staff regularly but sadly, wasn't. Got up at 2:00 to hit the bathroom and flicked on the light only to see a German cockroach running around the floor desperately looking for a crack to go back into. They really need to get on top of that, those little roaches can overwhelm a property if they don't.
