Great service and room was clean. Just would like it if hotels had pet-free rooms. As clean as room is, my allergies reacted severely to pet dander and odors. Asked for a pet-free room ahead of time.

Full size fridge, microwave, stove top, dishes, pots/pans, desk with all plugs needed and excellent internet

We were very impressed with Towne Place Suites! Large suite that even had a walk in closet off the bathroom! Excellent service, including Netflix (you have to sign in of course) and they even had delicious frosted fudge brownies in the afternoon! Also great breatkfast and coffee service. Rooms have a regular refrigerator/freezer, and microwave.

Smelled so good inside

I have stayed at other Towneplaces previously and always enjoyed the rooms. This room was clean and nice. However the mattress was as hard as concrete. Never fell into a deep sleep because of it.

We had a comfortable quiet stay. Every employee was very pleasant and the location is walking distance to our favorite restaurant.

Nice location

Noone offered to clean our room for the time we were there. One night we came back about 930pm and the glass front door was broken. Staff said manager did it.

A Good room with many amenities we did not even use. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel needs to let all clients know there are no elevators. The second floor has at least 25-40 steps. We needed to haul our suitcases up those stairs. If I knew there were no elevators I would have requested a first floor room.

Friendly and attentive staff are a pleasure to work with. Rooms are spotless. Elevators and luggage carts are clean (rarely at other properties). Pool and workout rooms are open.

Located close to highway with several restaurants within walking distance BUT the hotel itself was merely ok. Upon checking in the girl wasn’t sure what room she could give me and had to call her manager on her cell phone to ask. Then the room had floors that your shoes (or feet if you dare to risk that) stick to when you walk. The room amenities are nice - having a full kitchen, a sofa and table to relax at or get some work done is great plus the beds are comfortable for a good nights sleep. Breakfast could use some other options besides cardboard muffins, oatmeal or cereal - but it’s something at least. Past experiences at other TownePlace hotels have been much better when they offer the same amenities but just a higher quality of care and hospitality.

Rooms were spacious beds were comfy

Overall, our stay was good. Only concern is that we were billed twice, one through hotels.com and from the hotel. Luckily, we noticed it on our bank statement. Still waiting for reimbursement.

clean quiet easy checkin

We booked this hotel for one night and paid for it on hotels.com. When we checked in, they swiped our credit card for "incidentals". At about 10p the night we checked in, we heard someone trying to open our door, luckily we had the security latch engaged. My husband got up and looked out the peep hole and saw it was the front desk employee who checked us in. He asked through the door what she was doing and she said "oh sorry, I didn't know this room was occupied". This raises a couple of questions: Wouldn't the hotel's reservation system show the room as occupied if the employee looked at it? Why would an employee need to get into an "unoccupied" room at 10pm in the first place? Did she know it was occupied but was up to no good and we caught her? We checked out at 7a the following morning. Then a day after we checked out, when we were already in another state, I saw a charge on our credit card from this hotel with a card swiped transaction for $148. My husband and I both had our cards and since we were in another state, a card swipe transaction is impossible, so it was obviously fraudulent. I called the hotel to speak to the manager to try to determine how this charge occurred. I was told she was busy and would call me back, which she did not do. I called again and asked for the manager and was put on hold and then the person came back on the line and said the manager left. She has never called me back about the fraudulent charge.

We loved our room with the kitchenette. You could cook a meal there. Comfortable bed and pillows. We were disappointed with the breakfast. We will stay here again.
