We had a great stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars was the hot water wasn’t so hot. Not sure we showered the same time as everyone else!!?? The service was awesome and the breakfast bar was nice.

Bed was comfortable. Other than that the stay was not enjoyable. Found the room to be incredibly filthy hair everywhere! Even the mirror had toothpaste on it. Drink rings on bedside table, floors filthy, sheets full of lots of different types of hair, floor had hair in every corner. Was this room even cleaned?

The hotel is showing its age. The shower head needs an upgrade to one that provides spray options - they are not expensive and would be better than an old scaled one that sprays every where. Also the shower curtain needs to be bleached or replaced. And the floor was not clean.

Stayed at same hotel 3 days earlier and we had a 3rd floor room with a view of the water and that's the only reason this was a 4 star review. This last room was ground floor and close enough to the desk to hear the comings and goings of guests all through the night.
The hot tub wasn't working-due to a customer spilling a drink in it. Not the staffs fault but was still a letdown. Room only had 1 queensize bed when we expected two.

I really loved that they are pet friendly and a back door to be able to walk my dog in and out , plus really clean room for being a pet friendly room. Breakfast was amazing. Definitely will stay here again.
