The room was clean but the staff was poorly trained. The receptionist asked us if we have booked the room as breakfast included where as the hilton hotel provides free breakfast with the booking.
The "mini bar" included in the room is a cabinet provided for the drinks. I wouldnt call it a mini bar as it doesnt keep anything in it cool.

I booked my room knowing the fact that this is the Hilton’s property so I was expecting atleast the basic cleanliness but I was highly disappointed ☹️ after experience.
There are Stains on the tiles and the bathroom doors and room’s floor wasn’t mopped .

Curtains were untidy. Were having Chocolate spots.
Fan on low speed was making noises.
AC Fin's were broken and Air was coming directly on head.
Asked for mosquito repellent (Goodnight) at night but didn't get.
Most of the times phones were unanswered.
On a 3 night stay. Key was changed for 4 times as they stop working.

a very dirty and unmaintained hotel. its a 5star name to a 2 star lodge. only the staff are friendly, else the full hotel is rundown. regret to have booked and stayed here.

I had greater expectations for this hotel since I paid around $130 for it. It did not come close to what was expected. The biggest problem was the moldy smell in the hotel room. It just didn’t feel clean. The floors were not mopped properly and the wooden frame around the doors in the room were rotting from the bottom. I was extremely excited to stay here but really upset with the experience. The breakfast was nothing special either. I had stayed in a Marriott prior to this stay, it was half the cost and double the cleanliness and benefits. I was amazed by that hotel and wish I could say the same about this as well. I hope you take my feedback and improve this property. Thank you!

This was the 4th time at hotel. It was dirty the staff did nothing but tell us lies. They were never helpful. Told us we had to leave even though our plane had been cancelled.

Property is good but cleanliness was not up to the mark and staff was not that active. We got room upgrade without our knowledge and even so we got two single bed which we never wanted. From the beginning, I have made it clear that we require king/ queen size bed but still they gave me 2 single bed for both the rooms. Not good

Very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel needs some major investment. The rooms are very dated. Also watch out for the unexpected mini bar charges, Our group was asked for additional payments for things that they did not use. Best to ask them to clear the mini bar if you do not intend to use.

Was moved to 3 rooms in 4 nights and was still disappointed in the service , room service and was told that the tv package would be upgraded but never was , also had manager and director inform me that they would provide me with a 50% discount for last night and yet never got it , would never recommend this place , worst Hilton stay ever!!

Needs lot of maintenance. I was charged 2 rooms due to lock not working and in middle of night my room A/C stopped working for 2 hrs. Very nasty experience.

Property is old with lots of mosquitoes and linen that did not look too enticing to use. Time that I stayed there were school children staying at the hotel - absolutely noisy until after midnight. Moved out after one night.

Room rather gloomy and smelt faintly of urine. Hotel's located about three miles from the beach although there is a complimentary shuttle service. Food was not particularly pleasant.

The hotel was excellent in food and accommodation however it was to far from Baga beach. The hotel provided transport to and from from 1100 to 1900 but its always nice to walk back from the beach to home.

The facility is not very huge, it is at a distance from the beach (atleast 2.5 Km from Baga) which is what was a dissapointment.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, but need speed to action- may be it was the rains and the hotel was low on staffing.
Rooms are very comfortable. View is just Ok- not extraordinary that Goa can offer.
