The best thing about this property is their location, very close to the see, their staff are good and welcoming, the room is good, but the cleanliness is terrible, the cleaning lady comes in everyday but she doest clean shit, they dont change the bed sheets and the towels. Also, they charge 7 euros a night for the AC considering that your paying already about 18 USD a night you can find much much better hotel on the beach with this amount of money.

Good: - Price 37.5 TL (6€) Bad: - The receptionist is the rudest person I've ever seen in a hotel/hostel in my life. - I couldn't pay with the credit card, although when I did the booking it said that they accepted credit cards. - The receptionist tried to charge 10% more than the price of the booking and I had to argue with him for the right exchange. - At 18:30h I went to the reception to say that there was no duvet or blankets in the bedroom. The receptionist told me to come back at 21h. I went back at 20:30h because it was freezing in the bedroom and he told he couldn't leave the reception because he was alone, that I had to wait another 30 minutes. - The room was far from being clean. - Really bad WiFi, it was almost impossible to see a video in HD. - The remote for air conditioning is almost the same price per day as the cost of the bedroom. - Mattresses, dirty sheets, bin bags and more things that were all over the place. - No TV in the bedroom

Location is perfect, staff is really friendly, Room was clean and nice. Really nice Hotel, it was mine second time there.

Nice place to stay. After check in, we noticed that our Aircondition was not working, they gave us another room. Breakfast was basic but ok like most budget hotels in Turkey. Pool was minuscule, we did not use it, beach was just walking distance. Restaurents and bars all around the hotel. We booked one night but extended another night.

This hotel was very dirty hotel and although the hotel is very old there is no reason for the lack of cleanliness also to our surprise upon check in we were informed that air conditioning was extra at a rate of more than half the price of a one night stay. Which in fact made a the Hotel room extremely expensive and poor value.
