Bed was comfortable, room was nice and spacious. Updated and nice shower. Our tv was blue tinted and needed to be replaced. Location is super convenient for Ball Arena.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom, we stay here every time we come to Denver for are medical checkups and the shower heads need to be able to change the spray pattern.

Only thing I wasn’t too comfortable with was the restroom door. I could talk in a normal voice and we could hear from the bathroom. I like going to the toilet knowing no one can hear me. So I used the restroom in the lobby restroom.

We came in during snowstorm Nov 8. From the moment we pulled up, the valet was wonderful. So polite & helpful.
Front desk gentleman was so kind and ready to get us to our room as quickly as possible.

The room was not the same room that I had booked. I was really disappointed. It seemed very compact and small. Did not look like any of the pictures? It’s like they put me in an oddball room.

We recently attended an event at Ball Arena, and we couldn't have asked for a better hotel and location. The valet parking at the hotel was $50, but it provided a secure option, so we felt at ease. The hotel's prime location meant we didn't need to drive anywhere else or incur additional parking fees.

We enjoyed our stay at Marriott in downtown Denver. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from Ball Arena. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance.

I arrived early check in was at 4. i get it.so i left and was told i would get a earlyer call back By a female clerk. After an hour before check in another clerk waited on me and gave me the wrong room. Called down and had the female waited on me and had the problem with it

I booked with the option to pay upon arrival and arrived 1 hour after check-in began but the hotel had already charged me. I was pretty upset about this because I had booked it with the plan of my husband putting it on his card when we checked in. Who knows how long it will take them to remove the charge, too. When you book “Book Now Pay Upon Arrival” that’s what you should get.

The property was lovely and the hotel was spotless. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. This was the quietest hotel I believe we have ever stayed in, The only mark down I give it is that there is food for breakfast but there is not a bar or restaurant. They have a pub restaurant right across from the front door but it isn't open on the weekends. I believe this hotel works with a hospitality college that also runs the pub. While you can walk to some restaurants in downtown Denver from there it is really very inconvenient.

Room 512 is missing a night stand on left side of bed. And would be nice to have a bathroom exhaust. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay for us. Would definitely book again.

Check in was at 4 pm. We were there for an NFL football game that started at 6pm. We were not able to check in until 5pm. And the desk clerk was snide in saying “everyone is here for the game”. I was unable to tailgate and meet with anyone in my team group. I asked for 2 beds and got a king sized bed and a couch.i spent $433 for one night and was treated like trash. My first time in Denver will be my last tome in Denver. That was just the start of the bad things that happened. Will never book Marriott again. There was still food in the refrigerator. And not the room I asked for. And crappy front desk people, that just made excuses for everything.

Great hotel if you’re going to Ball Arena. A bit on the outskirts for everything else. Property is clean. Breakfast is ok. Same options each day and not a huge selection. Ran out of things like yogurt each day. Not much for GF options and you have to find someone and ask what they have as nothing GF is out. Rooms are clean and quiet. Restaurant is pretty decent albeit a bit slow with service.

The rooms are big and you barely see other guests until you go down for breakfast. Quiet, friendly staff, and valet is a plus. The downtown is in within walking distance, many restaurants and shopping. Would go back!
