In Minot for work. 9 days here this time, TV and remote didnt work until day 4. No housekeeping in my room the entire stay. Including garbages or towel changes. Previous stays here were better.

Stay was great. Disappointed in breakfast area. Not enough tables for people to sit down. Not a good situation for guests having to stand up eating their breakfast. Needs to be fixed.

We’ve stayed here before and the area has restaurant and shopping options. The front desk staff is very friendly. The breakfast and coffee is average. The beds are comfortable but the pillows a bit softer than we prefer. The wall behind the bathroom door was splattered with something, so obviously overlooked by the cleaning staff.

We checked into this hotel after leaving the sleep inn because of the state of cleanliness at the sleep inn and the microtel hotel was night and day difference in the cleanliness and condition.

The staff was great but the room was less than impressive. Bed and pillows were comfortable. However, the old socks and open mikes hard lemonade left in the fridge, neither that were ours, did not leave the impression of a well cleaned room. Additionally, the jacuzzi tub blew out black build up when we tried to use it. It was only $97/night so i wasnt expecting luxury, just clean.

Overall, our family’s stay was good. We found the beds and bedding to be very comfortable and we all slept well. The room was roomy enough. We liked the window seat also. The AC kept our room nice and cool. We prefer more bathroom counter space, which would be my main complaint about the room. The breakfast was just OK. Some family members had pancakes and enjoyed those. There was a choice of pancakes, danishes, muffins, yogurts, apples, bananas, oatmeal, bread for toast, coffee, juice, etc. I would have liked to see more breakfast options.

We always stay at this property when in the area and when flying out of bismarck airport! Great staff very friendly and helpful , awsome shuttle service and free parking when only staying 1 night before an early flight ! Would recommend with no hesitation! A1😊. Service all around 😊

Staff was very nice (most of them) but the property needs up keep. Hot tub jets not working and pool area a bit dirty. If you have limited options during fair weekends, it will work but recommend as a backup only option.

Room smelt like urine,no hot water for showering,security doors were never locked,rooms weren't clean when we went out no clean towers,garbage not emptied, keys wouldn't work for our room,hot tub didn't work will never stay there again it was dirty and disgusting

When we first got there they gave us a room that was not cleaned. So tney moved us across the hall to a clean room. The room was good but the keyless entry would stick so it woukd take a few trys before the door would open.

There was no breakfast at this hotel. The hotel claims there is breakfast but there was only bread, apples and danishes. Bread, and no toaster. A pancake machine that was broken but zero hot food.
Our room was also unreasonably hot, we couldn't sleep at all.

I had to go ans purchase my own pillow as it felt like i was sleeping on many shifts shoved into a case. It needed a deep clean. Grime left on surfaces.

Check in and out was fast and friendly. Ashly was super helpful during our stay. Property was all it says. Pool and hot tub were small but good. Slim choices at free breakfast but what was there was good. Room was decent size and clean. Overall Good value for this property.

Would have been 5 stars, but the tv in our jacuzzi suite was super tiny. (24" maybe?) And the shower head was very outdated. The water pressure was aweful.
The noise was also pretty loud, but no fault of the hotel. Jusy noisey upstairs people.
Overall, decdnt for the price.

We were quite disappointed with the breakfast provided this morning . At most Wyndham and other hotels there are eggs , either cold boiled or a hot egg of some kind , with bacon or sausage . The gold cereal and white bread weren’t very appetizing . We took a yogurt and left . We have been at this hotel
In past and had a nice hot breakfast . I believe there was a pancake machine but not sure if it worked . We will try another hotel next time in Minot
