Staff all the way from front desk to housekeeping are right on top of the hotel business, very nice experience.

The TV did not work. The shower did not spray water from the shower head.

Clean and well kept. Mattress was worn as it slumped in the center. Other than that very nice.

Room seemed clean when we walked in. Then saw dirty mirror, dusty frig, and a burn spot in the microwave. Tried to shower in the morning and couldn’t pull the shower knob to open the water flow out of the shower head. Luckily, my daughter who was with me could get it open, but not enough for good water pressure. The shower head was too small for any type of pressure. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Breakfast was lacking in variety. Bread was 4 days old, orange juice was warm and tasted awful. I will not stay at this Econo Lodge again.

This is an older property so it does show some wear. Lady at front desk was very helpful and was quick to respond when I had a need.

For the price we were pleasantly surprised. The check in was pretty simple, although there was no hair dryer in the room the desk clerk was able to supply one, the room was comfortable, and there was a pretty good breakfast although it seems it's put out at 0530 and not checked or attended until it's shut down at 1000. Yes, it was apparent that this property has had some moisture problems, there were air fresheners in the hall to help cover the musty smell and it was unclear if the odd scent of licorice in the room was a cover scent or something used to remediate mildew, but it wasn't bad. There was a DampRid hanging in the clothes area. I did not see nor smell any actual mold or mildew so kudos for that. I'd book here again if I was in the area.

The place was spotless. My only dislike was the louder a/c. Value wise it was excellent

Due to miscommunication between staff and management we had to change rooms 3 times before we finally found a clean room.

Stay was ok. Hotel kind of dingy looking, carpet in our room damp feeling. The lady at check is was wonderful

This property offered a great summer rate! Bed and shower were good. The room included a refrigerator. It did have a new bath/shower. The location is conveniently located next to HyVee grocery and Labbies sports bar and grill. However, the room has a very musty smell and in general just is older. The breakfast area is very small, but they did offer a nice variety of items. There is no blow dryer provided. Weeds were growing in the rocks around the building. No lock on outside door. Luckily, Watertown is a smaller community so I felt pretty safe.

Dirty carpet. Dusty. Stairs were dirty. Needs much updating. Musty smelling. Loud tvs. Good breakfast.

Rm 109 has a shredded window casing, screwed shut but lets in heat/humidity. Will be horrible in winter. Not safe and no ability to open for fresh air.
