Nice breakfast, clean room, large room Very friendly and helpful service

The place is very clean, I couldn't find the main gate at night and the receptionist came out to help me arrange all the parking and guide me the facilities. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is health and food is fresh. I would say it is the best hotel I have had in Italy.

Bellissimo posto, lo staff molto cordiale e gentile, Demitri e Olona hanno hanno reso la nostra permanenza ancora piu piacevole. La colazione e Di ottima qualita'. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Grazie

It was a really nice Stay with very friendly staff, very clean room and amazing breakfast. Hardly to recommend!!

The staff is incredibly friendly and the hotel is conveniently located in the village of Arco. We enjoyed the comfortable room, rock climbing wall and fresh breakfast.

Although many things were irritating about my stay I do have to admit the breakfast was fantastic! I did however, book this hotel to enjoy the spa but never saw on the booking the spa costs 50 Euros. Even when I asked about it when checking in there was no mention it was 50 Euros. Just when I tried to use it the next day they pointed out that fine detail of 50 Euros and you must schedule 1 hour in advance. Of course you can say the language difference mix up the communication but this seemed to happen on a lot of different items during my stay. Ive stayed in Arco & Riva del Garda at least 5 times this year and in different hotels and the spa was always included in the booking price so took me by surprise. Also, be careful as small print says you cant check in after 9pm. I didnt notice this and my flight got in at 9pm so I didnt arrive until after 11pm. They called me at 9pm and did accommodate me which was nice. Parking is across the street in a large parking community lot so can be difficult to find a parking space at times. The first night they gave me 2 euros to pay the meter until they had enough passes returned for me to put in the car. So this required my having to get up early enough to go put money in the meter. Nice to give me the coins but irritating for sure. No wifi in the room which I didnt notice when booking. No English TV channels and was told when the weather is bad (which it wasnt) the reception is not good for those channels.
